ok next month 1/9 i will start the muscle and fitness rock hard challange a 3 month programme of nutrition and weights with cardio. has anyone tried it? anyone finished it? if anyone here has M&F it was in april may and junes of this year. my new house mate has been roped into doing it with me

going for the full 3 months hopeing to see how we get on not looking forward to the cardio at all but it'll get easier wont it.
any usefull tips please?
