UGHHHHH I kinda binged on junk last night, im so angry with myself.
The last 4 days have been really stressful, and I guess i just finally cracked. BUT im still determined to not give up , and thats something i should really be greatful for, because in the past i always gave up after a binge! I have to keep reminding myself this is a lifestyle change, not some temporary 'diet'
