Hi all! I managed through D7, although a bit low on the exercise side (cold
). Anyway, I'm happy because I can do without sugar and sweets, so it's a step toward control over my eating habits. If I can do without sweets, I can do without anything else, I guess
.
Elisa B - did you try adding some milk to your coffee, and making it rather light, this is how I make it - and I sure loved to add tons of sugar in it - not tons, of course, just 3 spoonfuls
Apple Blossom - My suggestion: either make an 8-day challenge, shorter version, or just reduce your 4fold challenge to a sustainable double or triple one? Just keep going, don't give up the entire plan because of foreseeable obstacles - think of the situation in advance, identify your possible problems, and think of the ways to manage through it. It will all come and go, but you will be the only one to face the consequences afterwards. So be selfish for this single time in your life, and think of your priorities. ((Hugs))
Punkinbutt - Easy!!! Lucky you. I told you in one of my previous messages that I liked your goal. Well, I tried to do some, and guess what: I did 10 and almost dropped dead
You sure are fit, girl!
RGDS to all, see you tomorrow!
