How have you been doing lately? I have been struggling. I haven't weighed myself since Friday morning and I will wait until I get a few good days under my belt before I weigh in again. I am positive I did a ton of damage and am probably 177 ish right now.
Down only 4lbs in Jan to 173lbs goal by July 25,my b day
155lbs,really struggling with stress eating,joined the Y weight loss challenge,been exercising but still stress eat 2 times a week
I am a calorie counter and I have started implementing intermittent fasting (only eat between 12 and 8) this calendar year with awesome results. 12 pounds since January 1st. I also hit the gym during my "eating hours" at least 4 days a week.
Aunrio congrats on losing 12 lbs. since the first, that is awesome!!! I love IF!! I do need to make workouts more of a priority though. What calorie range do you try to stick with?
On gym days 1350 with more water but 1200 if not. This week was a little off due to Valentine's day, date night, and candy with kids. Still lost a pound but that was in spite of bad behavior.
