Thanks VickieLou. You on the other hand are making great progress. Wont be long before youll be leaving us for the 160's and GW. Ive been working at limiting my calories. Im at 177.6 this am.
shellofself. Hope to see you soon. At the rate shes going it wont be long before VickieLou is out of here. I will probably be here for a while. If I can maintain low 170's Ill be happy. I was shooting for 160's so when I gained I would still be okay.
Riesz Welcome and good luck on your journey. Im wearing older stuff too. Not as much as I would like though. Old age has caused some shifting.

Congratulations, VickieLou!  Meanwhile, I just inched my way into this thread  Second day under 180! I'll likely be between the two threads until my body stabilizes. The 180s were brutal for me. I'm bracing myself for an even more difficult 170s.

One month later and I'm still very much in the 170s. But being at home for the last 2+ weeks has made weight loss difficult, so I'm calling maintenance a win!
At 177.6 this AM.
