Started a few days ago at 183 pounds, but set my ticker to 180 for ease of record keeping. Today I reached 179.3 so I am officially in this category now!
I am walking daily, a little more each day, and I am on a low-carb, vegetarian, VLC diet recommended to me by my doctor now that I'm in menopause. Yay.
