I had 2 decent days, but my weight went up 2.5 pounds. I am stressed and frustrated by this.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Usc4valpo Hang in there. There are so many factors that can contribute to this. Water in take, bathroom time, LOL, sodium, etc.

Last night: Basic stretches and bird dogs
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1270 +
Weigh In: 184.2
Down: .4

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Tim always said that God really didn't help him much. The trouble was, Tim never did much for God, either. He rarely prayed, hardly went to church, and didn't even own a Bible. When someone suggested that Tim might go on a diet, he said dieting didn't do any good. Tim pursued a diet about as apathetically as he pursued God. We will never succeed in anything unless we dedicate ourselves-body, mind, and soul-to achieving our goal. A deep and driving faith can be the perfect model for our diets. If we will strive to lose weight as much as we strive after God, He will bless our effort.

Today's thought: I'm giving everything I've got to losing weight!

Good day to all the peeps here
WI up 1.0, no particular reason other than I had dinner later than normal
WO yep got another one in 50 min of strength training focus lower body

Work has been super hectic since the owner and his daughter (she does AR) are on vacation this week leaving me to hold down the fort and get the crews out on the job sites in the morning (this can be like herding cats). Bit stressful. My question: Why can't people just be kind? I have had two calls today with one really really really really difficult. There are no pleasing some people once they have made up thier minds you are in the wrong dispite the facts and proofs. Just be nice...no reason to leave a voice mail (mean) then an email (meaner) then call to be really really mean. Something about being called a lair really gets under my skin.

Ok sorry for the rant
Back later

I am staying just under the target today. My stomach feels a little pain and I have been slamming the water. Tomorrow my wife and I go out for dinner to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! I have been blessed.

Default Good morning

Nancy, I'm sorry about the nasty communication you experienced (actually I would not call that communication; more like persecution) . You are loved.

Usc4valpo on your 20 year wedding anniversary!! May God bless you & your wife for many more!

I took in 1200 calories but neglected to do the treadmill. I got my veggies cut up. Busy day yesterday. Busy one planned for today too.

Todays goals: 1200 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium, treadmill.

James 5:11
Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

Gretchen wanted the job so badly. The doctor had told her she had to lose twenty pounds in order to pass the physical. Tina and Ann also had to lose weight to join the company. After a couple of weeks, Tina gave up. One week later, Ann folded, too. They both told Gretchen she was wasting her time. Gretchen didn't care. She held on, got her position, and never once regretted all she had to do to get it. She thanked the Lord that she had the strength to hold on when her friends had given up. Without His help, she never would have made it.

Today's thought: Job lost everything, and God blessed him greatly for what he suffered. If Job can endure, so can I!
