Good Morning 158.4 so back up again but the stress has been real.

I was good yesterday and even avoided pizza at an evening training.

This morning I had some sausage, potatoes and a protein bar totaling 754 calories and am not walking today (not because of neighbor but because I have a sore on the bottom of my foot. I don't have any circulation issues or anything so just bandage, antibiotics and run to doctor if it does not clear up ASAP. Not sure what I did to it; it is on my metatarsal arch.

The Sheriff office did come back and talked with my witness and have now opened a case file and are taking the escalation seriously

Terri, I told you, you would have to be losing weight. .50 laps is no joke...I get tired Co swimming with my 7 year old. He's venturing out in deeper waters and I watch him make sure hes,not struggling but my 4 year old is still a non swimmer. My 7 year old could not convince him to come down the water slide even though I would be able to catch him before he hit the water...

I was teaching little kids to swim at 12...an advanced swimmer. I took my lifeguard test... (strenuous) in 40 degree water temps. I risked hypothermia but it was my choice. I wanted to leave camp with a big win...I did it..
but I take swimming seriously...I was an advanced swimmer and someone pushed me into the lake and because I didn't have time to process the change from land to water...I almost drowned. .scary feeling...but I can't stand to hear of toddlers and preschoolers drowning. I feel like at least teaching them to swim gives them a fighting chance.

granny, I'm glad the cops are taking it seriously, we don't wrestle with flesh or blood. I believe people who are out of control have just lost their way. The Bible says they are held captive by the devil to do his will and we should pray for their release and pray their souls are comforted and saved, but they can't just mow people down in their cars. ...so hopefully this will be a wakeup call to the condition of her soul?

Diana, so glad you are not suffering, glad that your doctor gave you a plan you are comfortable with..

ciecie..power walk away!!!

Nancy, I hope the gym rats are nicer today. I hope someone in charge catches it and sympathizes with you.

afm, checked out, little ones are playing without tokens in the downstairs arcade...I love to watch them imagine play...

the hotel was nice enough to let them swim after check out...so they can get some of their energy out before almost 3 hour ride...

Good Morning to all or Afternoon LOL
WI same 167.8 but I will take it. Yesterday I was a bit high on carbs but I am ok with that. Workout did my usual elliptical and did the circuit training again. Tonight no workout I have the dreaded dentist appointment LOL. Oh I have been on a 'fried rice' kick LOL and actually it is more veggies and little rice but I think this is now my go to lunch for awhile. 3 cups a rice to approximately 8-10 cups of veggies (cabbage, broccoli, green onion, 1 carrot, green bean, and anything else I could find) and 6-8oz of chicken. Just a little soy and sesame oil and a touch of teriyaki sauce.

Teri, Last night I did speak with another employee at the gym and told him what had happened the day before with the member camping on the circuit machine and also what the other employee told me. He said he would bring this up with management and monitor the area more closely. But it the problem continues I for my part am prepared to take this to the next level up on the food chain. Training the employees there to turn a blind eye to the very practices they advertise is not good business. OH CONGRATS

Well off for now back later today I hope

No Jillian today, I'm tired and cranky. Had a very hectic day at work.

Teri: Great job on the loss!

Jen: I take all the seeds out of the jalepenos and after I cook them it's not hot, just gives it a slight kick.

Time to level up Jillian. 👍

Goodnight, everyone.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night: Standing stretch and SI stretches
This Morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1545 +
Weigh In: 189.4
No Change

Have a Blessed day!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
August 16
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

Joining the group was the best move she ever made. Fay had struggled alone through a dozen diets with no real success. Then she saw the notice on the church bulletin board about the group that dieted and exercised together. She was a little hesitant at first, but finally she decided to give it a try. What a difference it made! Dieting with a group was much better than dieting alone. Fay felt that God had really led her to this group. She gained so much strength from her new friends, and she was amazed at how much she was able to help others.

Today's thought: A diet for two is easier to do!

Good morning, woke up to a new low and 189.8.

pretty sure the swimming had a lot to do with it...no laps just general chasing the boys from one side of pool to other..logged it under leisure....lol...

we had hibachi the night before and it was mostly over salted...

dragging today, haven't figured out diet plan yet...except coffee.

Good Morning 156.6 New Low. Well on way to 16,000 steps today. Currently at 12,383

Things are starting to normalize. I have changed my walking patterns so we are only walking in front of her house at o dark thirty and leave her street when the lights go on inside. That said, The main road is a challenge but I am mapping her patterns of coming and going which should stabilize next week when school starts. As much as I hate it I figure avoidance is my best response.

Food is planned for today at 1156 calories with 66 grams protein, 77g net carbs, and 57 grams of fat.

Jendiet - Congrats on the new low and moving into the 180s. Moving into a new decade is always exciting for me!

Teri - belated congrats on your weight loss

Diana - Glad to hear of continuing improvement
