I've gotten to the point in the past few months that I like my own cooking better than restaurant food and that's a very good thing. I eat at home vast majority of the time which is a lot less calories. Well there's a really good local Italian deli where I get a sandwich once or twice a week but no mayonnaise - otherwise I eat at home.
Tonight I'm making stuffed bell peppers and Jillian later. I have to run some errands. Have a good day, everyone. 😊😊
Nancy, GranNan, I hope your situations remedy themselves quickly. You have other people on your side. That is really good...I hope you get the outcome you want. I am not really trying to take sides. I too, am wrestling with something but it has been going on for a really long time...I don't know how to fix it. I wish I was more knowledgeable and had better communication skills.
Anyway...
DIET: okay except for ice cream cone, a little Krispy bar and a soft caramel. Drank 4 cups of water.
EXERCISE: I skipped going to the wave pool. No cardio. But I filled a couple of baskets with weeds. And I did some knee exercises.
Teri. It is really not about "sides" . The woman tried to hit me with her car. There is no justification for that. Her dog has been PTS by animal control due to repeated violations and biting me was but one of them and they now have an eyewitness report.

GranNan: I'm sorry. I am not communicating this right and I don't know if I am capable of expressing this. What I am saying it is good that you have people backing you...like the police, and your witness friend. What I am saying is you can be right, but if you don't have the right people behind you, you might not get anywhere. Whatever you do, I hope it does not escalate. I just don't know much about the criminal justice system. I don't know what they will do for you. I think Jen knows more about this. When people don't have limits, I feel so shocked, I freeze. I am not that good at fighting, because I have limits to my behavior. I also tend to go it alone, it is just my nature. There 's a lot of situations where you need at least a buddy.
Teri - thanks I hear you. I also am not confrontational. I had a real hard time with the whole thing in the first place -- I have put up with a lot of childish behavior on her part and am so glad a neighbor stood up. I am doing everything I can to avoid this woman and not escalate it. I had thought it was going to slowly work but I think her life is falling apart and every thing that goes wrong makes me the scapegoat for her pent up emotions.

The God of Abraham and Isaac is also the God of Jesus Christ. If we will put our faith in Him, He will enable us to do amazing things. He will allow us to lose the weight we need to lose, and He will comfort us when our diets get particularly tough. Trust in the Lord. He is watching over you.

Good morning to all
WI still up 169.4 but I am optimistic about the measuring myself in the next few weeks. My extra tummy does not seem to be hanging over my clothes as much but that may be just wishful thinking.
WO last night was good it was my usual elliptical and then 35 min of free weights, I do not take extended breaks from one move to the next so I get all 240 reps in hahaha but I did have to drop the weight back 10llb total on my lower body. So 40lbs total lower and 20lbs total on upper.
novangel I applaud you with Jillian I could never get past week 2 granny, jen, terri, Diana, kelijpa ciecie and to anyone else I missed
