Congrats on the new low! 147 even for me today, which is great. I'll probably see it spike again tomorrow--for some reason it always seems to spike after I teach, and I teach for three hours tonight. But still, it's nice to see. Enjoy that rest day! After doing a more intense than normal lifting routine yesterday, I can definitely feel it in my arms and back so an easier day for me too, besides the teaching (teaching dance is not relaxing, lol).
Hear hear. I'm looking forward to being Normal too!! (think that's about 64-65kg for me cos i'm really about 5"3 and a half!!)
I"ve sat on exactly 65.7kg for the last three days, so hoping to get there soon....
Really i'd like my eventual target to be mid-Normal. Think that's 56kg??
I think I can get there, but I've not been great at holding there long-term before. 58kg seems more do-able as a long term thing, which is what my ticker's currently at. It's a nice thought to ponder now that i'm in the groove and motivated to get there.

@ange82much Yeah I am aiming for 56-57kg as my LGW as well (I'm 5'4 so we are pretty much the same height). Well you are almost at your targeted BMI so congrats! I'm still at least 2 weeks off but keeping at it!
interesting that we started at exactly the same weight too!
Haha that's crazy! Well I was maintaining an averagr 135lbs weight for a few years after having lost it and last year I went through some tough times and the pounds crept back on me. Didn't weigh in this morning but I have some lifting to do today (leg day)
Down to 147 even today yay! (66.7kg) it's going slowly but it's going. Hopefully by next week I'll be closer to the 145 mark. Crossing my fingers hope things are going well for all of you too
144 this morning, so i'm taking it!!
Yeah, my history has been typically creeping up to 64kg (140lb), then dieting back to 54kg (120lb) then sticking there for a year, then gradually going up to 64 over the next two years. Repeat repeat repeat. Except this last time it was 4 years of increase and an extra 6kg which was outrageous. So i'm just now getting back towards my typical 'top'.
Back to 67.1kg this morning . Had a difficult weekend (dinner at a friend's house with lots of drinks and a hefty dessert). Was hoping that my exercising wouldn't make the scale move up but no such luck
Oh my gosh, you guys...I have just been fighting the same 5 pounds all month long! I cannot believe it. I hit 145 like 2 weeks ago, and then I keep bumping back up to 147, 148...and I can't seem to get below 145!
I am gonna have a damn party when I hit the magical and elusive 144. A low-calorie, no carb party
Share your success with me? I thrive on the happy of others!
Just realized it's that TOM for me. So not gonna worry about the weight gain just yet, gonna keep it going. Don't worry KoalaT you are progressively going down (that's your trend), you'll get there.
I've had the last two mornings weigh in at 143, so i'm taking that too! I'm below weight for my overall trendline now though, so i'm not going to see any more losses for a while I think, especially with a BIG weekend coming up. Ah well, happy whilst it lasts....
