Checking back in. Today I'm 173.6 I took off some time and readjusted some things. At first my goal was to lose as much as possible as quickly as possible. Now I'm happy with about a lb a week.
Yay msgooch!! I'm also feeling positive about a pound a week. After being stuck at 176 for the last 3 weeks, I weighed and measured myself this morning and I was 175 and had lost 1/4 of an inch off my belly. Modest I know but after 3 weeks with no loss of pounds or inches I'll happily take it...

Hey , I'm happy to finally be joining this group! I got stuck in the 180's for a while and was beginning to lose hope. Now that I've made it over that hump, I'm ready to tackle this challenge. As of this morning, I'm 178.4 and ready to rumble
Been out of the 170 range the last 2 weeks, staying at 168 lbs. I'm a bit surprised since I've been eating junk food still, but I've changed what I eat for breakfast (no more greasy breakfast bagel sandwiches!), which seems to make a difference.
