I SWEAR I get stuck at the 2/3 of a decade and I agree, it's like my body KNOWS. But perhaps it's more like an every 10 pounds or something your body is taking a pause? Who knows.
I got sick and I think my body is kind of weirded out about it. I've been getting some weird scale readings, lowest 167.6, today 167.8, tonight weighing in at 168.8 at the end of the day, so I think either another 167 number or mayyyybe lower but I don't want to get hopes up for tomorrow. Just odd water weight happening in the 160s.
I've seen - 170.2, 169.8, 170.4, 168.2, 168.2, 167.6, 168.8, 169, 167.8.
Maybe my pattern is changing now that I'm slightly lower, to a bounce up bounce down pattern. I wish it wouldn't, as I hate those bounce ups, but I guess if it does I'll just deal with it. I'm dealing with some calorie creep as well (not over maintenance, but enough to slow down loss). I am planning to start running again to help tackle this decade, as I dearly want to be in the 150s (so much more palatable as a number to me).
