Congrats!!!

Hi everyone, I'm back after a month and a half of not exercising and counting calories. The result is back up to 169. Not bad, it could be much worse
I hope to lose these 9lbs off by the end of the semester, or around Christmas time. It should be manageable... I just have to stay on course!

I'm hoping to hit the gym today, or, if anything, a run in the woods!

Hey everyone! I hope I can hang out with you ladies for a (short!) bit. I've been slowly putting weight back on since taking a new job and I have to stop now! I'm at 161 from 145 and I do NOT want to see any more of the 160s than I have. Here's to none of us hanging out here long!

166.3 today! Down two pounds in 5 days. This has not been easy though. I am really struggling with cravings for anything sweet. Anything. The only reason I haven't given in--the scale is moving. Hope to be out of the 160s in 2-3 weeks.

Just got back from 5 days of travel...tried my best to stay on plan but was at my college reunion then a work thing so did not have high hopes. Down to 163.8 this morning! Hoping next month I will finally be rid of this decade.

Thanks HIheart I was up .2 yesterday and another .2 this morning so back at 170 even. I've got to stop this. Hopefully tomorrow will be back down and you'll be leaving me and onto the 150's. GO YOU

I wouldn't worry about it Rennie. I always bounce up a bit. The main thing is as weeks go on my up bounces are lower, so it's part of the losing trend! You didn't gain half a pound of fat, it's just water weight! So hang in there! I'm up half a pound too because I had pizza. Yum!!

HIheart you're so sweet . I stayed the same today 170, but my son brought home Krispy Kreme then my other son went out and bought more doughnuts. The Panthers won so they ran a half price dozen special. There are 5 boxes of doughnuts in my house right now, so not good

Have been gone for a while, traveling non stop for work, celebrating birthdays and weddings, etc. finally saw the scale go back in the right direction and hit 162.4 this morning! So relieved to be back on track and aiming to see the 150s by the end of the month
