Hello Chubabub, sorry to hear about your injury, sports injuries suck! One of the main reasons I switched from running to pole-walking is to minimize injuries. They're so frustrating! And thank you. So far so good, trying to brace myself for a stall, as those are inevitable.
Well I did, but not before it started raining. Oh well, it was nice and green outside anyway.
165.2 !!
Don't know why, don't care. Almost fitting in my mini-goal skirt too, so the recent losses must be a real thing.
Oh and thinking about another mini-goal - slowly but surely nearing the line between obesity and overweight, and my old "fat" weight at 162. When I get there, I'll treat myself some fancy, expensive fruit. <3
165 today. No clue why and that worries me. I did eat some beef and broccoli yesterday that was pretty salty, so I'll give it a couple of days before I panic.
Hello all, I am back here after a hiatus. I got down to 165, things happened, I gained, and now am back!
Technically, I am 171 right now, but am knocking at the door of the 160's and wanting to tackle them! The difference in the way I look between 170 and 165 is huge, so I am really looking forward to the change.
My body does not let go of weight easily, so it is always hard work, but OH the benefits! :-)
Afternoon chicks. I hope everyone is staying cool.
I have been at 163 for several days now and not focusing on food or exercising well with this heat. Gonna start a No p.m. snacking challenge for 21 days on the "Forming new habits 2015" thread. This should help nudge my weight in the downward dircection.
pigeon, congrats on some weight loss, yeaH. My ds has always wanted to go to Finland, he's in college so not now but maybe soon.
chub, thanks for the encouragement. Hope your toe is feeling better by now.
Maui, Hi, it looks like you are keeping the weight down, that's great.
SuperB, and to this thread. Hope you see 169 soon.
163.0 today. But I was up all night with a sick kid and slept late so we'll see what it bounces back to tomorrow.
Workinglikeadog good luck with your pm snacking challenge. I'm sure that will help you keep moving down. I found that if I eat a handful of mixed nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, and macadamia nuts, around 2-3 pm then I almost never get hungry in the evening. Sometimes I have to remind myself to eat dinner!
Chubabub, you'll push through that stall I'm sure! And after that it's gonna be sweet watching those numbers go down.
Workinlikeadog, cool aboud your ds! I'm in Helsinki and I always recommend the cheap Baltic sea ferries to either Stockholm or Tallinn for anyone who visists the area.

163.6 today. Not expecting for this to stick - I ran into some unexpected financial troubles a few days ago and can't buy food before tuesday, so I have a lot of work to scrape up enough to eat from my fridge & pantry to fight the starvation mode. Have been adding an extra splash of oil into a pasta dinner and drinking green tea to try to keep my metabolism working, and exercising to not to lose muscle. Lucky it's only a few days.
