Anonee Moore, great job on your weight loss!

Diana, this miserable feeling will soon pass. I know how it is. Look forward to better days, the only thing you can do. I'm wishing you the very best weekend. ((Hugs))

I'm just so happy the weekend is here. Plan on walking today and eating right. Will be back with my calorie count and minutes later. I hope everyone has a great day!

I switched to high-protein-only (no fat or carbs) for a few days (maybe I'll go a week) just to change it up - and it worked! I plan to go on another fat fast and then back to JUDDD when I stall again. Probably in a week or so. When I get close to goal I always have a really hard time losing the last 10-15 pounds so I expect to have to constantly change my methods to keep my metabolism guessing.

morning! I am down .4 from yesterday - not bad from that Asian food because it usually puts water on me, which it did last night, but it was gone this morning as I still have had NO WINE!!!

Change of plans today from the gym (DH has a bit of a shoulder strain and can't bench) to Chandler bike path. 11 miles round trip...yeah baby!

LOVE having Saturdays off again from school! Slept until almost 9

Next Saturday I have to take the WPE at the university, it's something everyone has to take before reaching a certain number of credits. I think it's like 139 or something like that - it stands for Writing Proficiency Exam, and if you don't take it before that number of credits they'll put a hold on your registration and prevent you from taking any more classes until you do. Easy peezy lemon squeezy! I'm a very good writer, no prep required

Menu today so far is uncertain - having my hazelnut cappuccino right now from GanoLife (120 cals) and probably having eggs and toast - not too sure about lunch because it depends how we feel after the ride. Here's what I'd LIKE it to look like today, though:

B - egg over medium / Daves Killer Bread toast
L - deli turkey and avocado wrap on low carb tortilla
D - I'm leaning towards my fav frozen pizza - chicken bacon alfredo (2 slices = 580 cals)

NO WINE!!!!! (I don't want it )

I'm back up the .9 I lost yesterday. I think I'm holding water, which isn't that odd because I should be ovulating. Either that or the half can of aspartame did a number on me.

I'm getting fantastic at maintaining 372.8

Yesterday calories:885 (Fast day)
steak
havarti cheese
mushrooms and onions
broccoli
mayo
salted dark chocolate
1/2 can Diet Dr. Pepper.

Exercise was 30 minute walk with dog.

Net Calories: 1874

B - 1 Small Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti + Bear Naked Morning Power Pack + 1 Piece Dark Chocolate
S - 5.5 oz Low Sodium V8
L - Salad w/ 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Cubed Ham, Cauliflower, Black Olives, Cucumbers, Peas, Olive Oil and White Vinegar + The Switch Fruit Punch (100% Sparkling Juice)
S - Coconut Cream Hershey Kisses (blood sugar was getting low)
D - Half Roast Beef Sandwich w/ Fries & Gravy
S - Snack Size M&M McFlurry

I did go over my recommended calories a bit, but I think I did well for going out to dinner with friends and planning to cheat. I only got half of a sandwich instead of a whole. When we went to McDonalds late last night, I should have gotten a parfait instead of a McFlurry, but I wasn't thinking. I didn't include any walking, but we were shopping for a long time and I pretty much always keep moving.

Good afternoon all! I've been busy working in the yard - my fitness gizmo tells me I've done 6 minutes of moderate exercise for the 2 hours of weeding, raking, sweeping and picking up yard debris. My sweaty, tired body tells me differently.

Hi Everyone!

Ian Welcome back! Great job with being active today.

Syckgirlsfv Great job on the 11 miles! Good luck on the exam next weekend.

Rennie I hear you on that! Last month my TTOM was short for me, maybe 7 days or so. Then it started very late this time. Not sure what's up, but that's an improvement of what it had been. Look at your ticker!

Anonee Moose Awesome work with the 3.4 pounds!

Tyla Thank you. Great plan for your day. I hope it was a good one for you.

Shr1nk1ngme Good job changing things up and for your weigh in.

Radiojane Great job maintaining! Hey, it's better than gaining.

Psychic Good job keeping things in moderation.

Berry Keep up the great work. Good job staying active.

it was a nice busy Saturday I did cub scout stuff with little son this morning and then worked with him and teenager to get stuff done around the house....cleaned off the big covered porch and swept it out....kids cleaned up the front and back yards..helped son clean out his room...ran errands etc...it was 50 degrees today too awesome! now i'm making dinner

after all our work, I took the kids to mcdonalds as a treat....we NEVER go there....I looked at the calorie counts and chose a 310 cal little burger and a diet soda and I was happy with those choices

calories are lower today than normal but I know i'll make that up at dinner lol.....im hungry
