I'm joining late, but I'm shooting for just over 6 lbs. 196.1 this morning, I'm shooting for 189.9 by August first. Not shooting: I will be in the 180s by August!
What the heck, I'm halfway through the month but I'll try for 6lb by August 1! I start grad school August 26 and I wanna have some confidence. Good luck everyone!
Ugh. I have stayed within my calorie range all week, so I am pretty sure I am up due to TOM bloat. :/ Oh well, I am not giving up. At this point, I would just be happy to be back down to 191 at this end of this challenge and maintain for the month!
After about 3 weeks of losing my focus I am back to the grind. The negative is that I was doing SO well and had reached a new low which is now long gone but the positive is that I still weigh less then I typically do when I "restart" my focus. My goal is to be back in the 140's before the end of the month.

Finally I left the 150's. But I think a big part was that I did a day and half fast to flush some of the crud that I'm sure is built up in my body. I was going to do it for 3 days but I woke up feeling weak so I figure I should end it. I started slowly adding food back in today. So I'm sure I may end up gaining a lb back in next few days. But it seems the fast helped me with my constant hunger I was having. Cause I had a cup of orange juice, two bananas, and water for breakfast and it has kept me full until a bit ago. And even then I wasn't extremely hungry.
Up 0.2lbs today. I really feel like this last week has been a plateau for me. Never had one of those before. I am exercising hard at the moment though so it could be water. But this much water to stop me losing?

IAN have you ever had a stall? From when I started watching you.. you were consistantly going down.. maybe a day or two going up.. but not really a stall/Plateau. I hope that this is just the summer heat that is making you hold water... But I also have a feeling that your body (maybe your mind too??) knows its getting closer to the goal that you had in mind... Maybe that might be why its slowing down.. and we all know.. when you get lighter your body does use less energy to move around as its not working against as big of a weight that it had... But I hope and believe that this is just a BLIP! YEP!
