This is my last monthly weigh in. I need a break from the scale for a couple 3 or 4 days. I made it to goal! woo hoo! I have to say that I was extremely diligent about drinking many liters of water and went to my fatburner class. Around 10pm I went to my favorite bar with a friend visiting and preceded to drink many beers. After many beers and going home and passing out I woke up 4.5lbs lighter. Between drinking tons of water yesterday, sweating tons in fatburner and boosting my metabolism and the beer diuretic affect I made it to goal!

Looking forward to August-Septembers challenge!
