Maybe, normally I get a little more hungry and gain 3lbs of fluid few days before. But maybe it is it. It's about two weeks from my next one. My last one did a lot of weird things with my weight loss that nomally doesn't happen. Now just trying to figure out how to keep hunger at bay. I tried more fibre, helps for a little bit. I tried protein but just like fibre it helped for a little.

Sorry I've been quiet. Had a really hard time getting the chance to post over the long weekend. Unfortunately, it looks like I had all the time in the world to gain!!! Congrats to everyone who had losses this week! I am jealous of the whoosh!

ok my body is just confused. But I have been drinking more water and avoiding anything with salt. Even better I haven't been constantly hungry last two days. But I think I got the flu or some bug. So no working out for me.
