I'm only weighing in once a week but I skipped last week as it was not good. I'm back now (week 3) and pleased to say I'm back on track although somewhat skeptical about losing the full 5 lbs I had hoped for! All the same, 1 lb is better than nothing! Yay! Congratulations to everyone else, and keep going!

Yeah baby! I had a really active day yesterday and kept the Friday beer binge loss off and I'm down another 1.2lbs today! I went grocery shopping yesterday, food shopping, then changed the brake pads and oil on my SUV. It was a super active day. I am going to try to keep the momentum going today and mow the lawn while watching my portions. I would love another loss tomorrow before Tuesday/Wednesday when I get my time of the week (TOW) increase.

Not weighing today! Yesterday, I let myself have dinner at a restaurant and I didn't hold back, so I"m back on to my strict 1200 cals today and I'll weigh in tomorrow... Maybe... Congrats everyone!!
