Good morning, everyone! I've had some water retention (I hope this week) but I am glad to be holding in the low 180's. I am looking forward to seeing 170 something on all of my weigh ins, and getting officially out of these 180's. Good luck on these last 5 days :)

Congrats on the loss guys.. YOu are doing great. I've been sick and was at 270 yesterday, but back at 272 today. So not cool. But I'm not gonna stress about it. I have been feeling awful this week.
