Yesss! Lost another 2 lbs this week. It was touch and go for a minute since I couldn't seam to control my sweet tooth, but I did remain in my calorie limit. Only a few more days til the end of the month. Good luck to everyone!

Hey everyone! It's almost May 1st and I'm so proud of everyone's progress! I cut back on the salt and also upped my calories this week and it totally paid off! I'm still learning what my body needs as I go. Have a great day and thanks for being supportive when the scale wasn't budging this week!

Great Job everyone.. I will not make my goal this month, but I'll be happy to get into the 260's. I'm hoping to see a 6 on the scale tomorrow.. Fingers crossed!!

Otherwise known as the "I lost weight by getting wasted diet" or, my favorite, "I can't remember how I lost weight diet". But, seriously, one or two or three hoppy IPAs a day works... Think of it like a protein shake or your evening run. |
Thanks, Ian--that's a diet I can live with! Also the 7.3% abv explains my headache this morning. I'm honestly not sure how many I had (the lemon drop shot didn't help either :)

I haven't hit my goal this month at all! I had my last weigh in before May 1st this morning and in total I have lost... one pound. It has been a really tough month though and I am pleased to have lost anything at all. 10% of 10 pounds is good, right??!! If there is a lose 10 lbs by June 1st I will totally be in to try again!
Congratulations to everyone else who has had success, you are all inspiring to me. |
