Hello Again
Hello Everyone,
I know I skipped out on everyone a couple of months ago, I hope you all can forgive me.
Anyway, I'm ready to get back on track and get rid of this weight!
I'm back up to 222lbs, sigh, and I'm tired all the time now. Frankly I'm just sick of it. I'm tired of thinking about how much I want to lose weight and then I sit on my butt and not do anything about it. Well not anymore. I'm going to do it this time but I'm going to do it differently.
My goal for now is to be 200lbs, so I need to loose 22 lbs. I can do that, then I'll worry about the rest in small steps. I guess my ultimate goal will be a little more realistic this time, about 175lbs. That sounds good. I've been there before and liked it, was about a size 14 compared to 20 now. When I get to that goal then I might worry about going for more. Hope that makes sense.
I got a real bicycle but haven't been riding it, I bought it just to help get me out of the house and lose weight, but Its not doing me much good, I'm so out of shape it hurts when I do ride it.
Anyway, hope everyone we welcome me back because I can sure use the support.
