I am in too! I am back and starting over after taking some time off to deal with life issues. While I was gone, quite honestly, I was not even trying to lose weight. But I am ready to get back into the swing of things and lose this weight! I think that this challenge is exactly what I need to start off this new chapter of my life!
Down 3 lbs this week. 2 from November 1st. Feel like I'm hitting a wall lately. Not in a great place emotionally. Still going to keep on keepin' on even though I just feel like curling up in a ball and having a giant binge.
SW: 219.5 (November 1)
CW: 217.5
GW: 209.5

Hi all, I would like to join the challenge too! In October I lost 9 pounds in fits and starts but I had my twice yearly TOM and I attended an out of state wedding. I was there for an entire weekend where everyone kept desperately trying to feed me. UGH. lol. Like "Wow, you look great! Great job on the weight loss! Here, have some lasagna!"
I started November at 253....and am now at 251.
SW:253
CW:251
GW:243
The 270's and 260's flew by, but the 250's are being STUBBORN!
Good luck to all! You will hear me cheer when I hit the 240's!
Liz

Reason: Ooops. Edited for typo!
Lost 2 pounds this week. I'm feeling really stressed out about some decisions I need to make for work this week and I'm trying hard to not stuff down my stress with food!
WE CAN DO THIS, LADIES (and perhaps, gentlemen.. )
I'm down almost 3lbs so far. I always go up a little on monday morning, I think it's cause of the eating-out-sodium from the weekends, but itll be gone asap! I've upped my water intake and my activity, without changing my calories, and it seems to be working, so I'm happy!
Keep it up, everyone!

I binged. It wasn't pretty. My youngest dog broke her leg over the weekend... and there was no stopping it. It was a really stressful situation where not only was health a concern, but finances as well (A break in a dog's leg costs about $2,000 to repair). I'm lucky I didn't fall into a full-blown mental-health-related breakdown which I am definitely prone to doing when this much crap hits the fan all at once...
So I commend myself for somehow making it through this with ONLY binging frankly.
I'm still 5 lbs (at 196.2) down from my very first starting weight. Still trying to be positive... trying not to let these things set me back all the way to the beginning and just say "to heck with it, what's the point".

Ugh..
(my dog is in surgery today btw)
I hope she is okay That's extremely stressful, just take it an hour at a time! Keep us updated on her too! I would be devastated if my boy broke his leg. Poor girl, give her a hug for me when you can
