Aw, shucks, you're all too sweet! I felt SO dejected this morning. Now, after a day with my horse...I feel so much better, but I am pigging on junk food. I don't know. It's been almost six week and I just felt like it. It's going to stop tomorrow though. For sure!

11/1/11: 184.0
11/8/11: 180.2 (down 3.8 pounds)
11/15/11: 178.2 (down another 2 for a total of 5.8 lost)
11/22/11: 174.6 (down another 3.6 for a total of 9.4 lost)
11/29/11: 176.2 (actually down from 178.8 after Thanksgiving! Today TTOM started so I could drop in the next day or two with losing this water weight.Up 1.6 pounds this week. Down 7.8 for the month.)
12/1/11: Goal weight: 174.0
TWO MORE DAYS to drop this water weight - I can do it! (or maybe not! LOL)

The only day that I was really not dropping steadily was on black friday. I slept for an hour on T-giving night, went shopping from 10pm - 4am, had breakfast and then slept from 4:30ish till 9... That weigh in was NUTS, lol.
I'm so proud of us! And if no one makes a December thread by 12/2, I'll start one! I'm loosing this much next month, too!!
I can't freaking believe that I did it. THIS IS NUTS. I would have never thought that I could have lost 10lbs in a month. BUT I DID!!

The scale danced at 208.8 and then flipped back to 209 even, which is fine!! YEY! I'm so proud of me and all of us, even if you didn't loose 10lbs, whatever you lost is less than you had to loose before!! Keep going!!
I realized I forgot to post my WI for 11/24...then I realized I didn't weigh in since I was out of town. As of today I weigh 208, and I doubt I'm going to drop 10lb over night, lol. Looks like I'm not going to make it this month, but I'm rather impressed that I didn't gain anything considering I had so a horrible off plan month.
I'll post again for my official challenge weigh in, and my official WI day.
I don't think I'm going to get it this month. I lost to much in October so I expected a plateau, had to take a break from the gym because of knee pain. Throw Thanksgiving in there and I'm lucky to have lost at all! Also, I got my beer of the month last night. My husband got it for me for my birthday, I get a 12 pack every other month. Right now I'm so glad it's not every month or I'd never lose weight! lol

So like I said in the beginning I would be happy with 5 pounds and I finished with 5.6. Not bad since I had an anniversary dinner and a family dinner within 2 weeks of each other. I ate A LOT at both, so I'm not surprised I didn't lose more.
Im ready to give it my all in December! I want to be down to 130 by 2012!
