Been stalled at 136 since late January, and finally had my WHOOSH earlier this week and lost 2 lbs overnight... No idea what triggered it, though. I had tried cheat meals, complete carb reductions, everything in the two and a half weeks I was stalled, and nothing seemed to work... Then it just decided to drop for no reason. I think next time, rather than try all sorts of things to get my weight to drop, I'll just be patient and hope it'll spontaneously resolve itself like it did this time around!
