This thread title makes me think of "Waiting to Exhale." "Waiting to Whoosh" would make a good movie about ppl dieting.
I'm definitely a whoosher, although my whooshes are never very large. I seem to lose about 1 to 2 pounds a month, and the bulk of the drop happens all at once.
I mini-whooshed again! Today I dropped over a pound overnight. I went down to 166.4! PLEASE let this mean steady downward movement of my weight until goal!
I can't wait until I can just have this in my signature!
Fantastic Mauikai and Matisse! I gained 2 lbs after cheat day (built in to my diet plan) on Saturday, but whoosh, I lost it overnight last night, so I am back down to 197! My goal for the month of August is 196, so hopefully I'll keep whooshing!

I seem to be part of the wooshing club. I will lose 3-4 lb over 4-5 days, gain 1-2 of them back, hold steady for a week or so and repeat. It's so aggravating in between losses. I have to keep talking myself through it until I see progress again.
I'm loving the 'whoosh' term, cause that about describes it! lol.
I've been plateued at 170 for almost 2 weeks now. I can blame in on the fact that my TOM is due within a day or so, plus I've been doing some good working out lately. My clothes are fitting looser, I definitely look different, but weigh the same every morning! Here's hoping for a good whoosh on the scale after TOM!
