Debbie- Glad you’re feeling better!

Ande – Congrats on the whoosh!

Cinci – I love it too…I had Colby jack cheese instead of American or cheddar…mmm

Wysteria – Sounds like a killer fitness class! Ouch!

Diana – Thank you!!

Oh ladies, I was kind of naughty…I ate a ½ slice of pizza (I updated my food plan in my older post). Still within my calories, but not a good choice. I’ve been feeling kinda sick to my stomach all day and the weirdest things sound good, and other things I would normally love, not so much. (Not pregnant, TOM just left) The pizza wasn’t even that good…oh well. Bad Lindsey! But, my dinner will be good, has tons of veggies...carrots, celery, tomatoes, onion and some lean beef. I will NOT go over on calories today! I refuse!

Anyway, hey y'all, just thought I'd leap in and tell you about this evil but amazing new exercise class my local gym has invented. It's called Zone Cycling and is similar to a spin class but much more painful. And longer. And louder. And oh god, I hurt x.x

QUOTE]

I LOVE to spin! Wish I could join you for that!

DebbiOBX- thanks for noticing I am under 200... and will NEVER be going back!

I've had 490 of my 1203 calories so far....still can have 713......I'm thinkin' a healthy choice and a salad. Been a good day.

Went and got a menu for the mexican restaurant we're going to on Saturday. I think I can do just a piece of grilled chicken and a salad! Yay! I hope I stick to that once I get there!

stacygee CONGRATS on being below 200!! That is FANTASTIC!! How does it feel? I soo cannot wait to get there!!

Gotta go start my family's supper. Ya'll have a great evening!!!

Today wasn't so good. I *almost* fell head first into a binge this morning. I went out and bought 2 breakfast meals JUST for myself. I took 2 bites of the sandwich, and gagged. It was so nasty. I threw it away and ate 1 biscuit with gravy smeared on. I worried about binging all day so I kept myself busy. It wasn't hard because my 3 year old is sick. Anyway, in my effort to avoid binging I forgot to eat anything except for a handful of almonds until dinner. I've been arguing with my husband all day. I can tell I'm being a total b**** but I'm just so sick of his BS, laziness and excuses. We're on the verge of being without an income, home and even insurance all because of his crap. *sigh* But anyway, I digress... For dinner I had approximately 2.5-3 oz of grilled chicken breast. The piece was about 1/2 inch thick, 1 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches long. I also had too much Stove Top Stuffing, probably 1.5 cups, and a cup of salad w/ 120 calories worth of dressing. Hubby then went out and bought 2 pints of ice cream and has been pushing me to eat some. Thank God I don't like ice cream.

I have a sick DD, a roaring migraine, an earache and my sinuses are stuffed up. As soon as I can get the kids to bed, I'm heading there myself.

Lindsey You can work the pizza calories in. You can do it.

Stacy Did you announce that you were under 200? I am in a weigh in thread and someone recently got under 200. I don't remember if I congratulated a person here or over there. You should have made a big announcement. We love to celebrate these accomplishments! Congratulations and Welcome to Onederland!

Diana (LA) You can handle the Mexican restaurant! They have a lot of grilled foods. Have you looked up the different calories online?

Shells Hi Have a good day tomorrow.

Pint Hang in there.

Clocked in around 1200 today, but I'll probably have a drink or two with the girls a little later.

Instead of my typical 30 minute job I did 20 minutes of HIIT.. pretty tough, but I got through!

Other than that, it was a looooong day. Worked from 8:30-5:00, class 5:00-6:00 and as I was getting up to leave my class, I fell FLAT on my face in front of like 40 people. I have a bruised hip and pride. :-(

Good evening chickies! Hope you all had a great day! I lost another 1/2lb. this morning.. I'm only 1.5lbs away from seeing the 220's. I CAN'T WAIT! Today was good, with my mom. She's eating according to my plan! LOL Maybe I can inspire and start a spark within her while she's here.

smrtypantsmmy, congrats on your progress... keep up the great effort! Sounds like your trainer is putting you in a fat burning boot camp!

Diana(LA), I'm going to a Chinese New Year celebration Saturday evening. I feel where you're coming from about trying to choose healthy while out.

Shells, drive by or not.. it's always great to hear from you!

Pint, oh my.. here I hope tomorrow is a better day for you. And good for you for not caving in on those binge intentions!

Roxanne, you are one busy lady!

Diana, here's to hoping that sodium doesn't show up tomorrow! LOL How did the hair appt. go?

LLBold, congrats on the two pounds!

Lindsey, congrats on your downward trend! I sure hope you are not getting the stomach flu.

Lauren, even when you're not feeling well.. you're still a great motivator! I can sympathize with you regarding the back pain. Feel better soon!

Debbie, feel better soon! 900 cals is pretty good when you have no appetite.

Ande, congrats on the whoosh! Maybe switching things up a bit, intentional or not helped trick your body into letting the pounds go!

Cincimini, LOL@ your catheder comment. Slowly but surely I'm drinking myself skinny! haha

Wysteria, I wish I was brave enough to try a spin class. I think I'd die! LOL

My day:

Breakfast - Chocolate Monkey Smoothie (300 cals)
Lunch - Quick Tuna Crisp Sandwich w/apple and raw almonds (400 cals)
Snack - Raspberry flax yogurt (200 cals)
Dinner - Better Butter Chicken (400 cals)
Snack - Choc. Coconut bar (200 cals)

4.4L H2O
Strength and Sculpting BL DVD (25 mins) (335 cals burnt)

Well, calorie-wise, today has not been so great. I'm at 1930 (my goal is <1500). Still, it's below my maintenance number, so I still consider it a loss day (even if the loss is like a sixteenth of a pound ). I forgot I'd made plans to go out to dinner tonight, so I ate a heavy snack about three hours before then. When I did go out, I was a little hungry, and I ate until I was pleasantly satisfied, so that's definitely a success. Plus, I got to try Indian food for the first time--I have been missing out! I ate some eggplant curry, and some quick research tells me this is actually pretty decent, nutrition-wise. It was certainly more than decent, taste-wise.

I wouldn't feel so bad about this, but it's the second time this week I've gone over my calorie goal. But at least I expected this to happen when the new semester started and life picked back up. I had a month of down time to adjust to my new eating habits, and now I have to readjust to fit those into an actual life. Just like everyone else here... *sigh* I can do it.
