LadyLai -Thank you! I'm a slow runner, but I finish. I know those girls lose a lot in just a few months. I question if it's healthy, but I don't know. Can you believe that girl Marci last night crying? Seriously she acted like she was 8 years old!

Ande - Glad you're starting to feel better! The chicken and dumplings sound SO good!

Gaining - I feel the same way! It's amazing reading threads it makes you feel motivated like "I can do this!"

Pint -

Shenana - Looks like you did well today!

Stacy - Salad sounds awesome. I am definitely going try it. Sounds like your aches and pains are the best kind. I love workout pain!

Novelista - Nice job on the loss. You Rock!

Roxann - Feel better. Take a day off to let your body recover. Way to go on the loss.

Blueridge - Hi and welcome back!

Pint sized - Accountability is so important. Thanks for the reminder :-)

Ladyknight - Hang in there. As they say "this to shall pass"

Ande - So glad you are feeling better. Getting back on track has got to feel good. My finger will be crossed for your loss tomorrow.

Ladylai - Nice job on the water and adding to your exercise routing.

Wednesdaymorning - Keep doing what your doing it seems to be working.

Shells - Awareness is great! That is so hard to step back and rethink what you are doing.

Diana - Jump Rope that is a bugger but it is great cardio.

Debbie - Keep up the good work!

I have had a great day with my house guest from Brazil. I showed her around the valley today, unfortunately the stupid inversion made it hard to see everything. Oh well she will be in town until May so she should be able to see how beautiful Salt lake can be.

I faced the scale yesterday and I was down 2 pounds WOOHOO! I have been to the gym everyday this week doing both cardio and strength training. I am feeling great. I am craving a Fresca though LOL! Sunday please hurry up! :-)

Lindsey...

I must of missed that part.. I tuned in the last 20 minutes of the show. Perhaps she lost some maturity with the pounds she seemed to flush away so fast!

Hi Everyone!

Shells I can relate to the emotional eating. Remember about my hot water heater situation? They installed the new one on Monday. I was sitting here at the house during the installation and stressing over it. I was stressing over closing out my monthly/yearly books. I felt so snacky. I ate my regular planned lunch and told myself that eating anything extra would not fix it. It really helped me to have that talk with myself. Sounds crazy, but it helped. Hang in there. You can get through this.

Lindsey @ jump rope queen. In high school, jumping rope was my exercise of choice. I did 1000 every day. You are pretty super duper yourself. Take it easy with your knee.

Debbie Congrats on having 'a super day'. Attitude makes a big difference. I think you are in a good place in your weight loss journey.

Ladylai Great job on the elliptical. That thing will kick your butt!

Andejean I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better.

Pint Stay strong and focused. You can get through it.

Shenanaganize Great job on making the most of your situation. You got a good amount of cardio in.

Rachael Great job on the 2 pounds & the ticker!

Gaining Great job staying in your point range.

Kris Hi It's good to see you.

Yeah, my knees give me trouble from time to time. When they hurt real bad I know it's time for some rest! Aww, thanks. I've haven't been doing as good as I normally do as far as fruits and veggies go.
