Hi Everyone!

Asparagus Sorry about the ex-boyfriend. That does sound frustrating. Especially the part about getting woke up. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep if something wakes me like that.

Lindsey We normally go out to dinner on Halloween. That way we don't have to keep hearing the door bell ring. We don't have children to go trick or treating. A party sounds fun, though.

Roxanne Great job on your new low! You are doing great!

Shells Does your scale have a battery? Maybe put in a new battery or take the existing battery out for a minute to let it reset itself.

The raking DEFINITELY has to count for something, probably a lot! I bet you're sore...hello heating pad!

Just checking in tonight...hope everyone is doing well!

Today went pretty well. I don't think what's been going on with my shop...super busy today! I've got like 9 items to package up and ship tomorrow! Plus I need to work on this custom wedding order. AND homework!

I did Pilates today, we walked around looking for Halloween costumes, other wise not much exercise. I think we're going to do some grocery shopping tomorrow. Any good foods you ladies might recommend that I should pick up?

Night everyone!

No comment on the weekend re: my own eating, 100% off plan!

I think I'm at the point in this process where I am well enough ingrained in a routine to occasionally just let myself go entirely and do once-in-a-lifetime disgusting things like participate in a pizza and soft ice cream eating contest at an all you can eat place...

Didn't get on the computer last night so here's yesterday's menu:

100+ ounces water

Breakfast:
Quinoa

Lunch:
Roast Beef with Cream cheese
Salad

Dinner:
Baked pork chops
Salad
Spinach

Snack:
Mozzarella string cheese

Total calories approximately 1325, carbs 77 grams (quinoa was high), protein 108 grams. I have today's menu figured out and entered into my GWF website (breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner) and it's less than 1000 calories so I guess I need to add in another snack or two. Have a roast with red potatoes & carrots in the crockpot for dinner (my mom picked what she wanted for dinner today, last Sunday was catfish).

Confession time. I've been completely off plan since the field trip post. I don't know if it's the crappy weigh in that did it, stress in my relationship, random comments people had made or just overall anxiety about everything, but I totally derailed. I didn't binge, I just ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I have forgotten to take my meds for ADD for the past 3 days, and that's probably a lot of my anxiety, I just can't stay focused enough to get anything done. I'm struggling to do simple things like finishing loading the dishwasher and it frustrates me. I took them this morning though! Last night I had a nightmare that I was eating a wedding cake all by myself and split my pajama pants (that are currently falling off my hips). That kinda kicked me in the pants. Even though I woke up and ate a slice of pizza, I'm not going to let that get me. I'm going to stay on plan for the rest of today. I can't let life anxiety make me eat because it just causes me more anxiety.
Today I'm focusing on getting my house cleaned top to bottom, since that tends to help with the anxiety. I also found and took my husband's pedometer for my own, since he doesn't use it, LOL. I counted steps for about 10 minutes, and so far it seems accurate within +/- 1-2 steps.
Whew. I'm glad I got that out. I felt too embarrassed to even come on here for the past couple of days!

Cardio. Not a big fan of weights. Actually I'm not a big fan of either, but cardio is the lesser of two evils.
