My son was just asking me when we were going to buy candy but I told him we wouldn't be home so we aren't going to buy any. I'll join the "No Candy Crew!" 90% of Halloween candy I can handle because I don't really like candy EXCEPT for Snickers. And only in fun size because Hey, it's not a FULL-SIZED candy bar, right? Yeah, well I end up eating an entire giant bag of them in the days before and just after Halloween.

I am so stuffed right now, and I've stayed totally on plan. Oatmeal w/ an egg white for breakfast, a serving of leftover fish tacos for lunch... ughhhhh. I am at 471 calories and my goodness, I don't even want to think about eating for a while, LOL.

ETA: OMG OMG OMG!!! I CAN ADD A TICKER NOW!!!

Bragg's is a seasoning sauce kinda similar to soy sauce but it tastes very different. It has a lot less sodium than soy sauce and it is better for you too, it is a Certified NON-GMO liquid protein concentrate.

You should be able to find it at any grocery store, near the cooking vinegars, oils perhaps ...

thank you thank you, getting out of the 170s has been the hardest for me. this is my 3rd and last time around.
Thank you for all the support and love!! i feel better today. moms still at the hospital the doctors are going to meet with her this afternoon so they really should be getting in there soon. she is in the stroke area of the hospital so its just wait and see right now, but ill keep yall updated and prayers are very welcomed (thank you Diane) i didn't eat of plan last night. i just knew how i would feel and it wasn't worth it to me.
im doing well today but i need to start planing the night before cause iv gotten off that the last couple days. i need a loss tomorrow, that would make me feel good. i really would like to be under 175.
im going to the dentist office for the 5th time this month (2nd time this week) im in a lot of pain, they did a lay over and crown , but they think i need a root canal instead and this would be a 2nd root canal in the same tooth!! im about to say just pull the dang tooth and be done with it! plus im starting to think the doc thinks i have a crush on him as much as im in there!!! but they keep telling me to come in that something is not right...errrrr so off i go. ill try to check back in later!!

Hi everyone!

Despite being rushed most of the day, I stayed on plan.

B: Better Oats Chai-spiced oatmeal, 1 egg white

L: 2 fish tacos

D: 2 whole wheat blackberry pancakes, 3 egg whites, 2 pieces of sausage.

I made a pie that I really don't feel like having right now. Maybe for breakfast tomorrow.

Total calories are around 1500. I'm headed to the gym in a few for a workout. I'm going to have to take it easy, my muscles are still sore from the last session!
