Now RUBBERLEGS, I can see you live close to me...I know how we think down here...do you realize this is a PITY PARTY? Sounds like you are doing great...no pity there. But you can still get on the party list!!

Ok, I won't mention those you know whats again lolol.
I won't mention Klondike bars either if you won't ...deal? especially the Heath ones...DANG! I did it again

Well GALS I weighed in this morning at 195! The lowest I have been in a while. Of course I am happy for that but I must admit the PITY PARTY will continue for now because in order to get there I had to:

#1 ~ Run 2 treadmill miles after a very hard day at work when I had actually planned to have a free night from exercise...why?...because Angie wanted to go out for Mexican food...my favorite

#2 ~ She wanted a specific carne asada burrito from a kind of fast food restaraunt, BRONCO TACO ~ NELIE knows the place Now Angie rarely wants fast food anything ~ I love the place...but it is not as healthy as the sit down Mexican places we go...but oh so good!

#3 ~ Instead of my usual 2 cheese enchilada plate with rice and beans with an EXTRA taco and cheese quesadilla and a Corona or 2 or 6 I got just a one cheese enchilada two taco plate with rice and beans. I ended up just looking at the rice and beans. I figure by cutting out the cheese quesadilla, one cheese enchilada and tons of chips I would have normally eaten that I DESERVE to fell pity on myself.

#4 ~ PLUS NO CORONAS! I had already had 2 lite Heinekens before we went, I stopped at that on a friday night...wow...I am changing

I will say I felt better after eating than my usual out on Mexican food and Coronas. And Angie sure did appreciate me skipping the refried beans...I wasn't even gassy What a PITY

PITY PAR~TAY ON!

Poor me. Here I am on maintenance and a friend "HAD" to go to Sonic for a Blast. So I was "FORCED" to have a Diet Dr. Pepper float, 14 oz. It added 220 calories to my day, which meant that I had to "GIVE UP" some of my evening snacks. Life is so not fair....

EZ, you keep losing like that, you may actually not need pity!

Oh come on gary- we can't pity you knowing you did such a good job!!! The other day I went in McDOnald's (I manage to go in about 2 times a year maybe) and somehow eyeballed this brand new product. It was baked in this tiny pan and drizzled with frosting, and it was some sort of cinnamon product. I had a huge hankering for cinnamon but then got my usual fruit and yogurt parfait. I walked out being so proud of myself, man I can't tell you. No pity, just party!

Now VEGGIELOVER there must be some pity in there for me

I have lost 6 pounds but LOOK what I had to give up to get it ~

Almost 6 hours of sitting in my NEW recliner watching Judge Judy

Probably at least a case of MGD's

Last night alone a quesadilla and cheese enchilada

And I am COUNTING my tortilla chips

Bought Wheat thins at the store today for my "snack with substance"

I could go on...but that would be just pitiful

OK ~ So I am back on the PITY PARTY trail. I have been working my butt off on my treadmill and eating so much better!

I have been going back and forth the last few days with 6 pounds gone ~ NO! 7...no 6...no 7...doesn't matter...whatever it is is GONE C-YA!

Now the problem ~ Last night Angie had BUNKO ~ which meand nephew and I get to eat whatever we want Since I am doing so well I tried to be somewhat good. We had hot dogs with beans. I skipped the potato chips all together. I also had mine on whole wheat tortillas instead of buns. Well I had 4 of them, now keep in mind they were not BIG! All it was, was a tortilla, a hot dog and a piece of cheese (I have pretty much given up cheese for almost a month). As I was cleaning up I looked at the calorie count of the cheese, then the tortilla and then the hot dog.

Each hot dog was 130 calories ~ cheese 110 ~ tortilla 140....which means each one was 380 calories ~ that means 380 x 4 = 1520 calories for 4 stinkin' hot dogs....throw in the 1 I ate by itself while I was frying them up and the 3 Heineken lights I had and you...er...I took in 1,950 CALORIES FOR DINNER!....and I still wanted more....DANG!

PITY PARTY ON GALS!

(Hopes they were dang good hot dogs...)

If I'm going to blow almost 2000 cals in one meal, by gosh... I'd make it something other than hot dogs on tortillas...

It certainly is a pity! You are right about that! Next time go for the steak...
