hi mama2, that's great, congrats!

I just wanted to say, please don't ever feel that your not disciplined because you dont like doing your workout at 5 a.m! lol god forbid! We are all different and need to tailor our workouts, etc. around our own unique needs. I am doing well on my plan and consider myself disciplined........buttttttttt that's because (1 of the reasons) I tailor my workout according to my needs. I know we don't always have the luxury of doing that, but let me tell you, If I had to do my workouts at 5 a.m ? good luck to me! lol I am not a morning person, never was, never will be! Just because you can't get up and do your workouts at 5 (my goodness and you have a young child too) does not mean that you are not disciplined! Find a time that is right for you. I couldn't agree more with the posters here and their suggestions, regarding taking a walk around the park!

I workout at home and am thankful for my equipment during those cold wintery days, but there is nothing like getting outdoors! : ) veggielover, I know what you mean.....true, but she has the little one to stroll along

WHat a nice way to teach your little one aboutnature too! You could bring along books during the walk or just knowledge, and share the different storeis about the trees. THe insects you happen to cross paths with! lol I gosh, I remember my little neice when she was 2 and came to my house one time. She swatted at a dragon fly! I told her all about them, how they are good and eat all the mosquitos, etc. etc. She is 10 now and, hahaha, made me a dragonfly keychain and also wears special outfits with dragonflies on them....

so adorable! okayyyyyyy, here I go again.........and I was supposed to go to bed too! It's jsut that this lake walk could be and will be magnificant all the way around!
