Everyone weigh in 04/06/07

  • It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

    Me: 181.5, up four pounds from last week. An unfortunate combination of a slightly out of control 4 day weekend, and my usual timing bloat. Pretty disappointing, but I won't get too upset unless most of it doesn't go away next week.
  • 171, down from 175 last week -- seems like a lot, but it was my TOM last week. I've been 172 or so all week, so that's probably closer to the actual number.
  • Been away for a while but I'm back and more determined than ever. Lost 1.5 pounds from last Friday!
  • 157.4

    I have upped my cardio and starting eating a few more calories a day.
  • Down 2 lbs. to 145 this week . This is my all time low on my journey . I haven't changed my ticker yet. I think I'll wait and see if this weight sticks around a few days first.
  • 138.5--down from 142 last Friday. That's 3.5 for the week!!!

  • 199, down from 200.4 last week. That's even after a 3-day weekend binge including pizza, buffalo wings and candy..yikes!
  • My weight this morning was 299.2 pounds, down almost 2 pounds from last week. I am slowly but surely going down.

    I am determined to get there this time. I need to get there.
