Where are we all? I went swimming this morning, oh what a suprise ;) . It was quite pleasant, until some stupid woman playing with her kids kicked me in the chest, you'd think with all this padding it wouldn't have hurt, but she managed to wind me :censored: Why don't my pool have a lane up for swimmers???? Grrrrrr

Then managed to undo some of my good work with a chocolate dipped fruit stick (chocolate fountains are :evil: ) and a nice meal out, roast beef and green beans with home cut chips! Oops. Oh well, I am going back to my old routine of having a treat meal on a Sunday, and being good the rest of the week, it's always worked for me before.

I got some nice trousers in the post yesterday. The brand is Fat Face, I got a red pair and a purple pair, they are really cute. No more bottoms now until the next size down, I have enough to keep me going now.

I had a good weekend - apart from a little spat with DF which made me eat half a chocolate bunny :doh: Notice the HALF. A victory there :D

I've now taken almost all those extra pounds off - I think just one more to go! :crossed:

I have lots of little ballerina stuff to do today. I wouldn't say I'm stressed about it, but I dreamt about it 3 times last night. I'm a spud.

I'm doing okay with the food but no matter what exercise I do it seems to aggravate this blummin' rash. So much for it being a heat rash - we've had three cool days now and its still as bright pink as ever - in fact it was so cold here yesterday that we had to turn the heating on!

As soon as it finishes raining - or slows down a bit - I'm going to try taking the dogs out for a walk again. George is okay but Fred is turning in to a little monster - he is so bored he's eating/chewing everything. I caught him ripping open a cushion yesterday - nothing furious, just lying on the rug chewing corners and then, when he gets a loose bit, holding it down to get a good rip at it - and I'm a bit worried about my mobile phone.... I haven't seen it for a couple of days. I tried ringing it but its turned off. :(

Is anyone else having problems seeing the weight trackers? They are just showing as a box with a red X within a larger box??

How's your foot? I'm on lunch thank heavens! Relieves some of the mental stresses that I put on myself about work! ;) I CAN get this stuff done today, but I'm such a procrastinator and will end up rushing it! :doh: I'm going to make a goal that I'll try and get it done this afternoon. My foot survived the walk although its aching. I found my mobile phone - not in Fred thankfully - but he has chewed it up good and proper. I'm trying to find out if its covered under the dog insurance. I'm sure I read somewhere that they are insured for causing damage.

I'm doing well with my return to eBay - sold some old stock - and bought a whole load of new clothes! I must stop buying stuff - I just feel intimidated by all the wide open spaces in my wardrobes. :) (Well, thats the excuse I gave DH!)

I had the Royal Mail parcel delivery man complaining about the number of eBay related parcels he has to deliver nowadays. Cheeky :censored: - he knows I'm an eBay seller and he knows the parcels he was delivering to me were eBay purchases. I've told him before that its people like me that keep people like him in business.

I can see the sigs but Sarah there is a thread about it in Announcements so you're not alone. ;)

I can't imagine 'Ayup Doook' stealing anything - bless him - he was out postie before he got the parcel delivery number and he was one of those old school postmen that go out of their way to care for the people on their delivery route. Its a shame they've put him on parcels the new postie is rubbish. (I don't know what his name is but he always says Ayup Doook to me - not sure what it means but he's been saying it for the last 4 years so it can't be too rude!

Ayup dook! Bless! A term of greeting and/or endeerment "aye up" like hello but a bit like "watch your backs" tongue in cheek style. And duck is a form of endeerment, a pet name roundabouts the Nottingham area ;) But I'm sure you knew that!

I'm really stressing about this ballet frame thing! :stress: It's so close to being finished but I just can't get my finger out! :lol:

I say 'Ay up' it's a Yorkshire thing that just means 'Hello', nothing else. If he knows you're not from Yorkshire he may be toying with you! You usually reserve it only for people you know well, like 'thee' and 'tha' but sometimes you say it to give a bit of local colour! Sometimes I find 'ay up' slipping out before my brain's got into gear with a 'hello'. I'm more likely to use it with older people these days as kids just look at you blank - they've lost a lot of the dialect. I'm only 44 but grew up talking Yorkshire so broad our teachers couldn't understand us (they were usually from Derbyshire for some weird reason). Now, kids don't seem to have the dialect, just an accent.

'Duck' is not Yorkshire - that's East Midlands, Leicestershire, and places like that. My DH grew up in Leicestershire and whenever he said 'duck' to me I quacked. Cured him of it! If Postal Pat is from Yorskhire originally, that 'duck' is unusual.

Oh - he uses thee and tha as well. When he's talking to DH he always refers to me as 'your Lass'. He used to flirt with me when I was bigger but that seems to have stopped. :( He's also keen on 'Now then'.

I couldn't see the tickers for most of last week, but mine is alright now. I am really tired, but I have the day off tomorrow, woo hoo!!!! Gonna go to the gym, and sit in the spa for an obscene length of time!!!

I'm getting a new phone this week, my phone provider rang me and said they're giving me a free upgrade!! Woo hoo again!!! So that should keep me busy should it arrive tomorrow.
