I occasionally hurt the day after and the next day, I think the swimming helps with that though. I hate my stomach, and would rather wait til I lose a bit more before I start exercising that area, but the gym guy said best to do it now......I lost 10 cm off my waist in the last 8 weeks, so I guess he must be.......oh how I hate to say this about a man.............right!!!!

No gym tommorrow, it's shut! If you feel strange shockwaves over your way tomorrow it's just me doing my aerobic dancing in the front room!

They'd have to be big shock waves to reach Norfolk from Lancashire .

Hmmm...10 cm in 8 weeks...maybe I should start working MY abs! I didn't think spot exercises were supposed to work?!

Ah who knows, all I can say is that when I started I did no ab exercises and lost 4 centimetres and now I do them and lost 10 centimetres. Maybe coincidence???? I certainly don't think spot exercises work unless you are losing body fat anyway and doing plenty of cardio. But hey, this exercise thing is a complete mystery to me!!!! I just do what I am told!!! (well, sometimes.....)

It's a light exercise day for me today, so I've just got back from a brisk(ish) walk - 55 minutes. After heavy rain this morning, it decided to get hot and sultry here (like me, he he ) so I still managed to work up a light sweat .

I've not done a thing yet, about to go for a long walk in the sunshine, if I can just move my fat behind from the computer. I like all this time I've got to myself today!!!!

I've discovered, to my surprise, how much walking I must do in work, as weekends & holidays, like today, I struggle to get up to my 10,000 steps. I'm in an office, but always up and around school doing things, and it must really add up, as during the week I always reach the 10,000+. but so far today, and with a 35 minute walk this afternoon, I've done 7,500 & won't be doing an awful lot more this evening.

So far I haven't done any exercise today....I'm trying to pluck up the enthusiasm to do an hour's bouncing...

Yuppers, posessed by lots of free time!

I did half an hour on the treadmill after my gym induction, then I went kickboxing after a walk round the shops! Some gave me a dead leg, not only once, but TWICE. ON THE SAME LEG! I also appear to have aquired a sprained ankle... so will be resting tomorrow!
