This morning - 5km on the treadmill in 34 25. I think that's my best time ever, or very close to the time I got to just before I did my foot.

Then full set of weights, upper and lower body, and a gentle 30 minute cool down swim. I'm planning on mowing the lawn later and then going for a long walk to keep me moving.

Today I did 3km on the treadmill, but I did 1.5km of it on a hill programme which I've never tried before. Also loads of weights and a swim.

I swum this morning for two hours, one hour and a bit serious, the rest just playing. Then off to the gym for my weights this afternoon - lower body this time, which I find a lot easier than upper body. I love the hill program, I can do level 12 for 15 minutes now (only walking briskly mind you, my boobs do not stand up to the rigours of jogging as yet - that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!)

I'm getting faster 5km this morning in 34.02, I was so close to breaking 34 minutes and was desperately sprinting the last bit trying to do it. Apart from that 30 minutes swimming.

Kykaree, I do the hill program when I'm walking, but I'd never tried running it before. I'm doing it again tomorrow, my vague plan is to do the full 5k one day, 20 minutes (jogging slower) on the hills the next day and then have the third day off doing something else. I'm only on level 4 at the moment (although I may bump it up tomorrow), but I'm working on it!

I did 30 minutes bike (20 to start and 10 to finish) and 25 on the cross trainer today. I do miss my swim in the morning, might get to the pool tomorrow or may not. I need to do my arm weights tomorrow, my arms have only JUST stopped hurting from Thursday!!!!!

20 minutes jogging on hill level 5, and upper and lower body weights then a 30 minute swim.

Trying to decide what to do tomorrow morning as it's my non-running day, possibly the cross trainer or just an extra long weights/swim session, then pilates after work.

I kicked *** today!

Before work 15 minutes running, an extra hard weights session and a 40 minute swim.

After work I ran for 35 minutes (just over 5k) and then did an hour of pilates.

I'm impressed!!! Yesterday I did my weights for 3/4 of an hour (upper body) and today my arms are not hurting!!!! Last time I could hardly move them!!!! Then I did an hour swim.

Today I think will be a planned lazy day. I have a job interview at work, it's casual day so I have to take clothes to change into, i don't think I can face lugging another change so I can use the works gym!!! That's my story any way

Almost a rest day, or no running at least. I did some weights, but not quite a full set, then a 45 minute swim. With exercising after work last night my muscles were still feeling it by this morning, they're usually fine if I exercise the same time every day.

So back in the saddle in the morning hopefully, probably a shortish run, weights and swim. Then on Saturday I'm building up to run as far as I can and see how much further than 5k I'm actually capable of...

Wow, there're some fit ladies posting here! I've dined out most nights this week, so I've only managed 45-60 minutes bouncing three times in the last 7 days - and the scales testify to that as I've only dropped 0.5lbs so far this week. This morning I went out for a 25 minute bike ride, and this afternoon I'll be bouncing for an hour. Then nothing until Wednesday when I'm back from Brighton...unless you count shopping as exercise !

Kind regards, Janey

Yay, yay, yay! 6.75km on the treadmill today. I ran the first 10 minutes or so then jogged gently for an extra 40 minutes to get me way past my previous best of just over 5km.

Then full weights session and a 35 minute swim. I'm actually considering going back to the gym later - I've got to pick my mother up from Manchester airport at about midnight and the only thing I can think of to do on a Saturday night that doesn't involve drinking or Eurovision is the gym!

I didn't post on this thread yesterday. Same as usual really, a bit of a run, a bit of weights and a bit of a swim.

Whew - today was my best exercise day since I came back from Brighton.

First I went out for a 25 minute bike ride (that's all I could manage because I was a little saddle sore after yesterday's 15 mile ride), and then after lunch I did a whole hour of rebounding , and worked off 583 calories. Yay me!

Yikes, Kylie, if your abs are hurting now, what the **** will they be like by the morning ? I always feel fine straight after exercise, but its the following day or the day after that I suffer...you're a tougher lass than I am!
