Well done Tootoot!
Can only imagine 12st at the moment, and really can't see beyond that - very envious
Probably looking at an ss (stayed the same) this week, or even on a little, stress gone so appetite back
Keep it up (or should that be down?) chicks

HI girls,
Well done Flump AKA Toot...that's a brill loss, you're doing magnificent!

Well done to all the other losers as well seeing as I've not had much time to get on here recently.

I'm back now though, and my official start of the week weigh in is a WHOPPING 204 POUNDS! I am ashamed to admit I'm no longer a ONEer, cos I really liked being there. BUT...I have no more excuses. I know how to eat correctly, I know how to exercise, the house is all unpacked and I want to be screaming I'm a ONEer in the next few weeks!

I actually thought about my weight gain since going out to California last April and then home to England where I didn't count anything but how much lovely grub I could shove donw my big fat gob, and since that time to before we moved, I GAINED a whole stone in weight!!! That really shocked me to know how fast I could throw it all back on, especially when it's takes so long to take off

Anyhoo, have had a decent low point breakfast this morning, have got loads to do today, so won't be picking, unless it's healthy and witin points, so here's to me shouting about a loss this time next week.
Good luck to everyone else too, although you are all doing so fab.....
