Thumbs up Weekly summary

Yup, fine by me, tho my official weigh-in is on Tuesday. Am hoping for 1lb again this week . I prefer WW scales to mine as I instantly 'lose' 2-3 lb

yeh well done tai!

i dont think moving helps me lose at all! serious - weeks i do go gym and weeks i dont - no pattern in weight loss...

maybe thats cos SW not a calorie diet - who knows- me not care - so long as it cometh off

You know whats strange - is to think that we burning off food that ...well... i must have eaten 10 years ago or so...funny eh?

well the delapidator is out i hate it....... it can go back to be a clothes prop, today im going walking, thing is when im at work i never get 2 minutes to sit still im on the go all the time even at meal times its like a game of cat and mouse stopping people getting up and wandering off from the table and after 12 hrs of non stop movemment i have to come home and start all over again, baths washing, floors.......... maybe im a lot more active than i actually give myself credit for, when im back at work im going to keep my pedometer with me so i can see how many steps on average i do while there, well better go ...he who pays the bills is moaning already, were going to see about new flooring today which i may add I WILL END UP LAYING in my next life ill make sure i hook up with a man that can do DIY

one and a half gain!! where did that come from(something lovely and yummy i hope)
i dont mind gains lol so long as they came from something yummers......(like maltesers last night) i was watching football and my wee one opened a boc of her birthday maltesers and shared them out... it would have been awful to say no(wouldnt it) i realised i could actually taste the maltesers though, the chocolate and the biscuity bit, never really done that before, as chocolate was something i had every day
i have cut down on bread this week too, i really love bread id rather have a chunk of bread than chocolate, my eldest daughter says if i like she would join the gym with me
which was quite an emotional thing for me, so the 2 of us are trotting up to the gym tomorrow, if she is willing to sacrifice her spare time to join me then i am not letting myself think up anymore excuses

Oh how sweet Toot I mean your daughter not your hubby who can't do DIY I think most men have a "thing" about doing stuff for their own or their own house take mine for example he can fix most things but if I need something doing on my car it can wait and wait but last Sunday the phone rings and one of his pals wanted his exhaust fixing he was straight round here..his truck was put over the pit and fixed within the hour I need a heater core putting in my car it started leaking weeks ago and what does he do? disconnects it to stop it leaking which leaves me with no heater now when I leave early in the morning I have to have COLD air blowing to clear the window he'd better get it fixed BEFORE December or else
