Probably a good (or bad - whichever way you look at it - lol) 7lb heavier than that now after being on holiday.

My new avatar is because I edited a pic that I had taken a few weeks ago. It is amazing the work you can do on a pc - lol. I re-shoped my eyebrows, brushed off a few spots, re-coloured my eyes slightly, whitened my teeth - lol. It is no wonder that celebrities look so good on magazine covers after airbrushing - lol.

Forgot to say. I was in Blackpool when they switched the lights on last year. I am from Lancashire originally and think that I have only ever missed one year of the illuminations. We will be going up in half term this year as we went to Lancashire just over a week ago.

Hey Super, I'll love the 'evil glint' in your smile that is ace.

Well, I'm back on plan "in a fashion" in saying that I mean that i'm eating better but not neccessarily less and i've cut back on the suds (beer ) its working cuz i've lost 3lbs this week just think what I could do if I exercised too

Ooo I was there when Ronan Keating switched them on!

I am COMPLETELY off plan at the moment. I was struggling on my 3 stone loss mark for about a month, decided to have a complete break for 2 weeks when I was off work but now that I'm back, I can't say I can get back into it.

the good thing is my habits have changed and I haven't put on weight which is excellent - just haven't lost!

Am off plan have been very bad this week because I am now trying to maintain not lose so I had an Indian 3 courses, a chinese takeaway, chocolate brownies and alcohol. Anyway got on the scales at home last night ( these are absolutely ancient but normally right) and it said I'd put on 6lbs. So I was horrified and in a foul mood all day today but I've been to the gym today and got on two different sets of scales there and they say I've maintained looks like my scales from home have finally given up the ghost. Am throwing them away dont want a heart attack like that again.
