well done on your half lb loss after a naughty weekend that is great going.

I'm weighing in a 7.30pm so will update later. My cycle arrived yesterday but is very (VERY) irratic so no show today. Will see how things go as to whether it affects my weight as it can hang around for a couple of weeks which is a pain.

Well done Webb

I've had a bit of a set back - I've had toothache which I went to the dentist for yesterday, since then my jaw has locked so that I can only get a tea spoon in my mouth. I'm on anti biotics but have been having to eat Weetabix for 2 meals a day and beans with mash for dinner today. not ideal as not eating any fruit / free foods etc, so am worried between the meds and minimal food I won't see a loss this week. Really hope that's not the case. I'm staying on track with the hope I'll still lose. that and the fact I want the anti-biotics to work.. the swelling has gone down slightly today, but i'm going to have to take a sick day tomorrow from work. not ideal.

Weigh in tonight. Was thinking it would be a maintain as I've been on anti-boitics and lost 2lb on my home scale then it went back on, but am back down 1lb today. So fingers x'd still see a loss - even if it's a small one.

I've been on plan just not eating as much as normal due to sore mouth etc for a few days.

Hows everyone else doing?

Hi purple j, how did the weigh in go and are you feeling better now?

This week i've been pretty much on track, i am wearing jeans today that didn't fit me 2 months ago . i still haven't gone down a dress size yet though but i do have a lot to lose so hopefully it will happen soon. Weigh day tomorrow so fingers crossed

Hi Well done on the jeans fitting you now, shows you've lost inches!

I found a pic of me in 2011 and the difference between the pic that made me join SW is shocking.. I'm a 14 in the pic and I am wearing a 22 in the pic I'm using as my before. Can't wait to get back into the teeshirt I was wearing then as I'll know how far I've come. I'm using it as my avatar for inspiration.

I put on 1lb on Tuesday, but i'm sure it's gone now as my home scale has moved. Finished the anti-biotics yesterday and feeling loads better. Think they disturbed my depo injection (birth control) but figured they would so being careful. I'm 43 no more babies for me.

When do you weigh in next webb?

Steal away it shocked me how small I look in it to be honest, there is another one side on with me holding my daughter (looking at animals in the zoo) and I can see my teeshirt is baggy in places which is a good incentive. I still have this teeshirt and another one that is the same size / bought same time. So will use that as an initial 'goal' for clothing.

Well done on todays losses - that is brilliant!

Well done Moo! Fantastic loss and getting your first award feels good eh!

My day is consisting of picnic lunch and picnic dinner. Took lunch to the horse yard where I rode my horse (first time for a few months due to my weight) - I'm still a bit heavy but he coped well and felt great to be back in the saddle. Had my middle girl (aged 10) with me too so she rode her pony and I gave her a riding lesson which went well. we were down there 5 hours in the end as had farrier visit and field / stable stuff to do.

now we're off for dinner picnic in the forestry with the rest of the family and our dog.

Making the most of good weather on a day off from work! lol
