Thanks for the congratulations Carol and Sarah - it's good to know your there. Carol how you do all that walking is beyond me - hate walking, can't think of anything more boring. We went on a walking holiday (4 days) in Cumbria about 18 months ago I only did the walks to get to the pub for lunch, he he he

My first time was with DH and I was 18, it was lovely and planned(very fond memories I'll have for the rest of my life) then we split up for a while and I had a "few more experiences" and then we got back together.

My first was my DH, it was unplanned but lovely. We were young when we met & planned a night in a hotel but couldn’t afford it between us. Couldn’t have gone with a guy who would have been busy boasting to all his mates the next day.

There has been no other, but when you meet a good man ………..

I couldnt imagine only sleepin with one guy! And I certainly couldnt imagine waiting til I get married! I believe in try before you buy! Lol!

I just realised I only need to lose 3 more lbs til Ive lost 10 lbs, Yay! I think half a stone is reasonable progress, but in 6 weeks I should have lost more than that! I just worry that as I get slimmer losing weight will be more difficult! Have any of you noticed this? I havent lost enough to find out yet!

Yep Sal walking is definitely good! And it saves me money as well coz it costs £1 to get to college on the bus! So Im saving money for my holiday, Im also saving a £ for every lb, ok so thats only £7 so far but for a poor student thats a lot of money (or 2 or 3 drinks! Lol)

Well done Carol, we are doing well arn't we? If I ever think I "need" something to eat I think about getting on the weekly weigh in and having to report a gain, it's really keeping me motivated.

I'm afraid were all ill here today (half term too, typical) all got coughs, and aches and pains hope I'll be better tomorrow - not felt like eating, so there's a silver lining I suppose

Default I stayed the same

Hi

Just popoing in to say that just as I expected, I stayed the same....but my resolve is still there, I haven't cheated this week so you can send the police around, as its law, that if you don't cheat and you exercise you will lose weight. (Sarah says so)

I have done all of them so it WILL come off next week

I know I've put on this week, so just preparing myself for the pep talk from my ww leader

Cannot seem to get back into it, no matter how hard I try or how motivated I am after ww on Thurs night

Chi Chi - I truly believe in try before you buy !! And I just loved 18-30 holidays; I was a lot slimmer in those days though

Everyone's doing really well; sorry in advance to slow the groups weight loss down this week
