Kim, I got my rebounder from Argos On Line last Thursday (delivered Saturday - amazing!!). Haven't ever heard of the other thing... not sure I really want to!!

Have you tried eBay - they have a lot of exercise equipment on there, but I'm not sure what most of it does... all I know is that it sounds painful!

Cor Blimey - you must have a good Asda if you even think it might do exercise equipment - our local one is awful! Loads of gardening stuff and, of course, the food - but not very much else - and even most of the decent food seems to be constantly out of stock!

Did you manage to get the rebounder from Argos Online? They still had them yesteday - next door bought one for her kids cos they are cheaper and better quality than the children's ones.

Jan - When I jog on it I am burning up about 7.5 cals a minute!

I've got an Abs roller thingy. A sort of frame thing that has a rest for your head and supports you can put your arms on. Think it's supposed to help keep your head in the right place when you do situps adn not let you take all the srain on your neck muscles.

It does work if you use it regulary - that is the difficult bit.

I got my from Argos or Index - can't remember which. It was ages ago but someone must still do them.

Default Cardio Bounce

Well, i have just had my first go at the cardio bounce video which arrived the other day - i am nearly dead!!! It is really good but i only managed about 15 minutes of the aerobic section - will try and do a bit more each day but i did do the warm up routine and the stretching as well. Also did some exercises with my fitness ball as well when i had finished bouncing and tomorrow i will do the exercise wheel and yoga video - hopefully if i alternate like that then i will not get too bored and manage to keep up this new exercise regime!

Crikey, Tracy - you are putting the rest of us to shame!

This thread is getting a bit long so I thought I would start a new one.... because we have started talking about other forms of torture I have just called it 'Exercise'.
