Default Ok, try again

I had it and lost it, so trying again.
Susie-congrats on the loss. Every ounce counts. Great on eating the veggies too. Each thing positive that we do gets us one step closer to As the eating thing, i would say that 99% of overweight people have eaten in private before. When I was younger, one of the foods i use to get are the cream curls, hide them in my car. Don't buy them anymore affraid of getting hooked.

Eleni-hope all is going well with you. Getting some art work in. You are right us new mom's need our rest, specially the older new moms (me), but it just isn't working out that way. Need to get use to it anyway, when school starts, and I go back to work.

Penny-course we are here, just a little busy, like you. Good thing those little ones got you moving so much, keep you active, and out of the food.

sherri-good for you joining the club. I got my dvd player the other day, a cheap one, now i just need to get motivated to do the walking.
Count your points, and remember it will take a bit for your body to adjust to the exercise. You will be fine. Just keep moving. That's the key.

me-well doing good. Ended up with a salad last night from subway. Only 1 point not counting the dressing, and it was huge. I could do that more often. I ended up only have 27 points yesterday. I had a low fat cupcake for desert last night. Went to bed at 9:30, and up off and on since 2:30. When hubby wakes up, I'm taking a nap. I've signed up for some motivating walking stuff on about.com http://walking.about.com/cs/howtolos...owcalsched.htm, if anyone is interested in joining me on getting moving. I'm doing the weight loss one, and preparing for a marathon. You never know, maybe I will be able to do the 60 mile walk for Breast Cancer next year, and no better time than the present to get moving on it. If I don't do the walk, I will at least be healthier. Well I do have some things I could do. Talk to you all later and have a nice day. It's raining here today
