I just have a tip that one of my members has come up with. It will work with WW,Simmons,Tops plans. Actually any plan.She made her own deal a meal type cards. She took a small deck of cards and marks her servings for the day that she can have during the day. As she uses each one she removes it from the pack. You can make them for what ever program you are on.Whether you do servings,points,carbs,protein. I do portion control and no snacking but I would make me one if I was doing any plan where you have to keep track.
