Good Morning,

It's a beautiful day and I have been up since 5:30 AM. I just can't sleep late anymore.

I saw this article on WebMD. They sent me some e-mail on it, but when I clicked on the site, it didn't work, so I had to search for the article and I thought that some of you that are having so much stress now, might be interested in reading it. It relates stress to weight gain, especially around the waistline.

Good article nita. I guess maybe if i could find my way back to the gazelle, i would be better off.
DS was at grandma's yesterday, but got a call, he was sick and throwing up. Went and got him. Fever as high as 103, gave him a bath, cuz that's the only thing that would work.
Throwing up till 4 this morning, and then it stopped. Been fine ever since. Been eating good, and drinking. Could use a nap. Think i'm headed for one now.
