  • Well, weigh in wasnt as good as I had hoped, I had a 1 pound gain BUT I am still going to well and I am still going to eat great and I am determined to get my Kops status back before Christmas

    So here goes again....

Breakfast- 1 bowl of organic oatmeal, and 4 oz apple and 4 oz aloe vera juice

    Lunch- 1 cup WW pasta

    snack- grapes

supper- not sure yet but will post later on
  • Sorry to hear about your gain, but I have to say that it can't possibly be because of anything you ate! It must be one of those fluctuations we all have (I was four pounds UP three days before I registered my four pound LOSS!!!). You are doing a great job. I am sure you will regain your KOPS status by Christmas.

    Take care
  • Thanks so much ! I needed that in the worst way, I have kinda let it get to me and know better. I am so glad you joined this thread with me, two heads are always better than one
  • I just realized that I didn't fill out my menu for today. Bad, bad, bad. Because when I don't plan ahead, I tend to fall off the wagon, so to speak. It wasn't too bad... just could have been better.

    Saturday's menu:

Breakfast/Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices lite wheat toast, 1 1/2 tsp margerine, 2 small sausage patties, 1/2 cup orange juice (It could have been worse. Saturday was always our day to go out to breakfast. I would have 2 fried eggs, homefries, 2 slices white homemade bread toast, loads of butter, and about 12 oz of tomato juice. This was our compromise... and we made it stick for both breakfast and lunch.)

Dinner: 6 homemade meatballs with sauce (had to make sure they were edible for tomorrow's Sunday dinner), 1 tbs parmesan cheese, 1 Italian roll (dinner size) with 2 tsp margerine.

Not the best eating in the world, but I could have done much more damage. And, I did walk a lot while we were out shopping.
