A start of another TOPS week....
Thursday's menu:
Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbs raisins, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1/2 orange juice
Lunch: 94% fat free popcorn, pear
Snack: apple
Dinner: Not sure yet, but am thinking baked haddock, potato, some sort of vege or two


BUT I am still going to well and I am still going to eat great and I am determined to get my Kops status back before Christmas
