Ok I am not sure on my points in the new things I am eating.... But here it is


I am really watching fats and calories more than anything right now
Breakfast- a soy protien shake 200 cal 2.5 grams fat
snack- 1/2 soy bar 90 cal 2.5 grams fat
lunch- ragu express 200 cal and a slice high fiber bread 60 cal
an apple 100 cal
snack- bag of nitrisystem popcorn 110 cal 2.5 grams fat
supper- 1 cup hamburger helper ( lean ground beef ) 320 cal 7 grams fat 1 slice high fiber bread 60 cal
Dessert- 1 slice GOOD FOR YOU apple pie

320
For a total of 1460 cal for the day

..... Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!
OH and Lots of water and green tea
