Hi Gang . . . happened to be passing by again . . .

MRAE . . . Hey, girl, you know you are not alone . . . can't think of too many people who manage to do it only once. What forum do you moderate, BTW?

ROBBIN . . . How do you think I feel? At my age, I'm surprised I can still taste anything. Interesting to find out that so many canuks are so 'good' about avoiding ice cream. Afraid I'm not one of them; too bad my ice cream buds haven't disappeared.

See you lighter.

MICHELLERAE... to a very wonderful and supportive group of girlies here!!!

ERIN... The AC we had gotten had something wrong with it, and my DH didn't want another one, so we're making due with many fans and the windows and blinds all closed except early in the morning and all night, except for downstairs. We also live in a townhouse, so it gets very warm!

LOUIE... You are also having very hot weather! Hope you have lots of fun on your overnight excursion. I must of missed this post, but where are you going and what will you be doing?

LINDA... Atleast with our heat, we don't have the humidity. Last summer when my DD and I were in Iowa for six weeks, sometimes I thought I was going to absolutely die from the humidity! I do have a cotton nightie and that's what I do wear around a lot!

ROBBIN... That's SO GREAT that guy at work noticed you have lost weight! It makes a person feel so much better when people actually start noticing, and then you know your hard work is paying off!

I'm sorry if I missed others, because I don't mean it to be on purpose, but it's so hot here at the computer that I can't even concentrate as well.

Default Happy Tuesday!

Tricia, have you gotten your eliptical put together yet? Yes, women do retain water and have fluctuation on the scale during there lovely monthly visit with Aunt Flo. I once posted some info. on that a while back. You know that if you exercise during "her" visit that it could actually help you lose weight faster. I think we've all been trying to test that theory since. Anyhow, you retain right before you start and it should go away mid-week. Hope that helps.

Linda, I see the kittens remained at the SPCA. I guess it's just aswell. I hope they get as good a home as you would have given them. Cute names by the way! Yes, it seems lately my days are running one into the other and hardly a break in between (if that makes sense). I don't think age has anything to do with it...I'm pretty spent myself. I hope that WWW has disapated by now so you have a good weigh in tomorrow.

Ryanmi, I've come to realize that times have totally changed. I'm either too over protective or the world just has gotten really sucky. I remember heading out in the morning and playing till noon, go out and again after something to eat. Do the same thing around dinner time. There's no way I could handle not knowing where Alyssa is at ALL times. Not that I worry about her straying off, it's all the sickos I hear on the news that makes me paranoid. And in that case she can't get into all the trouble I did..hehe! Congrats on the 2.2lbs. taking off to highway heaven!! Awesome acheivement. You must be on cloud 9!! You could send me a cleaning team anytime! LOL!

Erin, we're sounding a lot a like lately. LOL! Do you feel like you have to have everything spic and span before you go away on holidays? I do. "Went to bed with my grandma beads still on!!! (let me know if you don't get that!)" I'll raise my hand and tell you I don't know what that means. The bedroom furniture sounds really nice. I bet you feel so proud of the fact that they all match! I know what that feels like and it irritated me too. Congrats on the amazing 3lbs. It feels great when you're clothes get looser. You're doing terrific...you so deserve it! I got a farmers tan by the way, my arms look great and so do my feet, ankles and the part of the leg that's expose from my capris. You'd laugh your A$$ off if you saw me in a swimsuit though. I'd guess you could call a chocolate/vanilla swirl. MMMmm...that made me think of icecream!

Tracey,
congrats on the 3lb. loss! Woo Hoo! I can feel your excitment reading your post. Sounds like you have a good plan. Small changes helps you ease into this big switcharooney we're doing to our lifestyles. Anyhow, it's best not to put so much pressure on ourselves as we work through our weight issues. It's just setting ourselves up for failure before we really get out of the gate. Good job girl!

Louie, Hey...even Martha has assistance. You're doing a superwomans job girl. Take the credit.. Your surprise by your co-workers sounds great and that you had fun. How sweet of them. Have a lot of fun and relaxation on your getaway with hubby. You well deserve it. I hope you get the results you want on your exams. You probably rocked them anyways!

Robbin, so did hubby survive his first night home after being away for 2 weeks?? LOL! I truly hope that what you've heard is really just a rumor. You need your man on your war front, combating 4 kids. LOL! We've gotta find out who has the fairy fat mother held hostage. We need her to spread some love. Sorry the scales are being fickle right now.

Oh Michelle, I'm so sorry for what you're going through. It has to be so tough. I hope you're able to take comfort in the fact that she will getting the help she needs from the doctors. It's a terrible thing to wonder what's causing your moms mental health to go down. Just remember there's always a silver lining around every grey cloud. Soon someday you'll be able to see it and be able to try to relieve some stress. BTW - how the heck are you living with that heat!!! I'd be a blob of jello by now.

Shawn, take you back!? You gotta be kidding. You shouldn't even have to ask. We're here with open arms girl. I don't think either one of us could raise our hands fast enough when asked if we've been there done that before. Just climb back aboard and hang on for the bumpy ride ahead. Glad you're catching it and stopping it in time...but then again it's never too late. Welcome back!

Cheryl, sorry to hear you were a little down. But you did great avoiding the stress eating. Congrats on the loss! Awesome! I draw the line at cobwebs and spiders....yuck and ewwww! I can't stand spiders! LOL!

MichelleRae, welcome! You're going to love it here. Great group of women here. Looking forward to getting to know you too.

Phewww!! Would you believe that it took me over an hour to read and catch up?!! Time for dinner already. I'm making greek salad wraps with slices of lean steak. Yummy! I'll check back later.

Okay Tina Girl you gotta share the recipe for those greek salad wraps with us! They sound absolutely delicious!! Thanks for the warm welcome!

Hi Michelle! You know it's funny I just realized that I have the same screen name you do for a few other boards that I use. R is my middle initial (obviously) and P is my last initial. Weird! I see you live in Oregon, I'm not *too* far from you, I'm in NW Montana, and it's blazing hot up here today, we spent the majority of the afternoon lounging in the pool...soooo relaxing!

Linda, you are right it is difficult to do it the first time, second, third or fourth too LOL it's just plain ol' difficult! I moderate Exercise and Dieting with obstacles. I was on a bit of a hiatus while I was in school but I'm now in the home stretch and the pressures are not so bad anymore. Then come August I start my bachelors program and we'll see if I can still multitask lol.

Robbin, The turkey burgers were awesome! When I'm on program I tend to eat very very little red meat if meat at all. I'll eat what I refer to as meatless meat....lol morningstar farms and boca products are the best in my opinion!

Okay guys gotta go hubby is being a monster lol...have a good night

Ryanmi...You snuck in while I was posting lastnight. Hey! Congrats on eating low fat ice cream. Sounds real yummy by the way.

Tina...Glad you are handling the heat so well by enjoying the splash park. Nice way to cool off!! When you go to Hong Kong, you will have the humidity to deal with. Hope you have a pool to cool off in. I could clean everyday and never get rid of the dust/cobwebs. It's the busy time of the year with the farmers working in the fields and moving grain to the elevators, and we live right next to a gravel road, so I have to deal with dust on a daily basis. Some days, I say the heck with it, and sew!!! Your Greek wraps sound yummy.

Michelle...Glad you followed my advice. I think I will have to follow it by Thursday. We are going to be in the 90's and I know the humidity will be unbareable!!! I just might have to bare it, to cool off! Sure hope you don't have that kind of heat the end of July when we are visiting. I might have to go take a dip in the Columbia to cool off.

MichelleRae. So happy to have you join us. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better.

Erin...Glad to hear it is cooling off for you. You must of sent your hot weather my way. I'm not looking forward to Thursday, because I know the sever weather will be moving in. Glad I have a storm room to hide out in when tornados are about.

Robbin...Hope you break your plateau real soon. Congrats on maintaining by the way. That's the hard part, and your doing GREAT!!! Bet it is nice to have Hubby home. Great NSV when someone notices that you are loosing weight. I had the samething happen last week at the drug store. She asked if I had done something with my hair and I said no, but I have lost almost 20lbs. Oh!, that's it. Well, you look great!! I was on cloud 9.

Louie...Hope you have a wonderful time with hubby and it's not too warm.

I had a pretty busy day, meetings this morning with the FD and I had a meeting this afternoon. Didn't get any sewing done on the quilt, nor will I tomorrow since I have more meetings. Hope to land on Thursday and do nothing but sew and stay cool. I had a great NSV this afternoon, I was able to get into a pair of capris I haven't worn in four years. I'm getting ready to buy some new clothes on the first for vacation, since I still need a couple more capris, some tops and sandles. Another 20lbs, and I have a clothes full of clothes to wear. Have a good one ladies.

Well girls decided to pop in quick before bed and know have been here 45 minutes!!! Seems like lots of good news and positive attitudes going around. That is so wonderful to see!!

Robbin - I love your attitude about the scale right now. If i don't see at least a tiny drop each time i get on, i get frustrated. I will definitely keep your positive thoughts in mind next time it doesn't listen to me. Can't believe I still have empty space in my new furniture!! I will have to buy more clothes to fill it up!! NO actually i am going through some stored clothing to see what is starting to fit. Found several dresses today that now fit, one was even a 20!!! Loose style thought cause i have a few 26 sizes that are just now fitting, don't you love the variation of sizes the same number clothing can actually have!

Linda - love the FFF!!! You never cease to educate me with things i have never heard before!

Louie - my sewing projects are more scary than im pressive. I do a lot of winging it to come up with something functional i want but can't find. Such as foam leg rest for my kids since they hang so awkward off the car seat and we are facing a 16 hour car ride, a remote holder for my bed (long sheet for under the pillows with pockets on the ends to put the remotes in. Just weird stuff i could never find in the store. I have to say, i would never want people to see some of my sewing projects, they would think my 4 year old did them! Enjoy your outing with hubby today!

Michellerae - I am going to Pennsylvania to visit my family. I am in Alabama and have been for 17 years but was born and raised in PA. We all know about the lose and regain phenomenon, if it is lost why is it so easy to find again!!!!! My sunglasses or car keys are never that easy to find!!!

Michelle - OHHH, I am sweating for you!!!! I think i would have to go get another AC and just tell hubby the old one spontaneously healed itself!!!!! HOpe things start cooling off for you soon! I couldn't concentrate in that kind of heat either!!!

Tina - yes i can't handle the thought of coming home to a messy house. I know I will be bringing in a mess when i get here to I need to feel like i have a head start by having the house clean before I leave! I love the chocolate vanilla swirl tan!!! Never thought of that description but it really fits!! Oh and by the way, if i can venture into the public domain in a bathing suit so can you!!!! Do you not swim with your daughter, I thought you talked about pushing her around in the pool before, or does the splash park just not lend itself to true swimming, hence the name "splash". Yeah I know I am rambling again!!! grandma beads are the little ring of dirt you get in the creases of your neck when you have been in the dirt and sweaty all day. You go in at night and raise your head up and there are your beads!!! I never heard it before i came south but i understood completely once they explained it. So many women here garden up into their 80's and 90's and are out in the dirt all day so i gues that is how it got started as "grandma" beads. By the way, yes i can believe it took and hour and i'll see ya for dinner, it sounds wonderful!

Cheryl - Hate to hear you are anticipating storms, and yes a storm room is essential! Is yours one of the cement, steel reinforced deals??? We just go to our basement in the back corner where it is most underground and my office is. We can be comfortable in there and worst comes to worst there is a closet in that room we can really hunker down into if needed. YEAHHHH on getting into the capri's!!!! that is wonderful!

Well girls gotta run! 4 am comes early and it is already almost 10pm, i need more than 6 hours to be tolerable the next day!! ya'll have a good one and will try to check in in the AM!

Good Evening Girlies -- I will do personals tomorrow because I'm so ready for bed tonight! The weather has finally cooled down and it's actually supposed to get down to 57F tonight, instead of 81F last night. This heat has worn me out so bad that I'm actually feeling very sick to my stomach and just need some good sleep. I hope all of you have a good night and we'll talk more tomorrow...

Morning glories! Supposed to be another beautiful day here in Alabama not quite as much humidity but still hot. I am looking forward to getting alot done today since i ended up getting sidetracked for 3 hours at Sam's getting my tires rotated. Was supposed to take only 1 1/2 - 2 hrs and it was 3 to the minute! Fortunately my kids did very well and that kept all of us sane. Needless to say after deciding to have dinner out with hubby instead of going home to cook it was too late for me to get much done last night. So the list is long today but I am ready to take it on!

Michelle - glad to hear you are cooling off and hope your rest cured the ailing stomach!

Okay girls here's a question- do i take my scale on vacation with me or not??? Mom has a scale but I am pretty sure after last trip it is off from mine and is not in a convenient location for me to weigh first thing AM like I normally do. Since we are going in the car there will be no problems packing it and we will be gone for 10 days and i know I can't go that long without weighing! That daily weigh in really keeps me motivated when it comes to making good food choices. Am i totally nuts for even thinking about taking it?????

Morning all, hope everyone had a good nights sleep and are well rested. Stupid scales are not making me happy. But I guess today was better than it has been. They have been reading 237.4 and this morning was 237.0. I might have to threaten scale-a-cide again. That seemed to work last time, I think I scared them with the thought of drowning in the bathtub.

Linda – I know I help the US rank #1 in the ice cream category; I have some every night before bed.

Michelle – I do not know how you manage with out an air conditioner. It hits 80 and mine is on full blast. But I am a very hot natured person; I cannot take the heat at all. I am always turning the thermostat down at my office.

Tina – Hubby was more tired the day after his first night home than he was from being away for 2 weeks, if that makes any sense. LOL I kinda kept him up. If you find that Fairy Fat Mother cage her and mail her to me.

MicheleRae – I don’t eat any red meat but can NOT eat the meatless meat, YUCK YUCK YUCK. I just cannot get that healthy. I stick with turkey substituted for all hamburger. I eat a lot of chicken, fish and turkey.

Cheryl – Bravo on the NSV, I can completely relate. I have a shirt I have been using as a goal. I don’t even really like this shirt but I can’t wait to get into it. I haven’t worn it for about 4 years. I need to loose about 10 more pounds and it will fit perfect.

Erin- I am sure you will start filling up that new furniture in no time, with dropping weight you will HAVE to go shopping. LOL. If I were going on a 10 day vacation I think I would take my scale with me. It would keep you honest. On vacation you are supposed to enjoy yourself but we all know that if we do not keep on top of ourselves we will regret it later. I say take the scales. (did all of that make sense?)

Well girls once again I gotta get to work.

Just a quick hello this morning because I am so busy wallowing in self-pity. The WWW is still with me and I refuse to move my ticker backwards since I do not deserve this. It's as though the whole month of June has been wiped off the calendar and I'm back were I was at the end of May. So, in the usual self-sabotaging way, I've been very busy this morning trying to make the 3.6 pounds become real. Hopefully I'll get over this bummer of a mood really soon before it does become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

See you later, gang. You all be good now, even though I am not.

Linda - you better be good. You have worked too hard to sabotage yourself. You know the WWW will go away. You just need to stay off of the scales for a bit. Up your water intake and quit stressing. Here is something that helps with the stress. I receive e-mails everyday with diet and health tips and this is one I received. I have used this method of relaxing lots here lately and it really works. It seems to give me a boost in my moods.

Proper Breathing is an underestimated, but critical building block of good health. Slow, deep breathing gets rid of carbon dioxide waste and takes plenty of clean, fresh oxygen to your brain and muscles. More blood cells get the new, oxygen-rich air instead of the same old stale stuff. Experts estimate that proper breathing helps your body eliminate toxins 15 times faster than poor, shallow breathing. You'll not only be healthier, but you'll be able to perform better (mentally and physically) and, of course, be less stressed and more relaxed.

1. Get Ready (2 minutes) Make the room dark, or at least darker. Lie down flat on your back, or sit against a wall. Use a pillow for comfort. Make sure no part of your body is strained or supporting weight. Close your eyes. Just pay attention to your breathing for a minute or two. Don't try to change it, just notice how it feels. Imagine the fresh blood flowing through your body. Listen to your surroundings.
2. Stage I (2 minutes) Practice breathing in and out of your nose. Exhaling through the mouth is okay for quick relaxation, but for normal breathing, in and out the nose is best. Take long breaths, not deep breaths. Try not to force it, you shouldn't hear your breath coming in or out. You're drawing slow breaths, not gulping it or blowing it out. Feel the rhythm of your breathing.
3. Stage II (3 minutes) Good breathing is done through the lower torso, rather than the upper torso. Each breath should expand your belly, your lower back and ribs. Relax your shoulders and try not to breathe with your chest. Put your hands on your stomach and feel them rise and fall. If it's not working, push down gently with your hands for a few breaths and let go. Your stomach should start to move more freely. Relax your face, your neck, your cheeks, your jaw, your temples, even your tongue.
4. Stage III (3 minutes) Feel the good air entering your lungs and feel the stale air leaving your body. "In with the good, out with the bad" is definitely true here. Make your exhale as long as your inhale to make sure all the bad air is gone. Remember, long slow breaths. Most people take 12-16 breaths per minute. Ideally, it should be 8-10. Now try to make your exhale a little longer than your inhale for a while. Pause after your exhale without taking a breath. Focus on the stillness and on not forcing an inhale. Your body will breathe when it needs to.
5. Wake Up!!!

Default Happy Wednesday!

Goodmorning everyone! Hope you're all found well. Still no news from the fairy fat mother yet. It seems it's getting harder to lose, I guess the good news is that I'm maintaining. Things have been a litte sparatic here lately with regards to water intake and eating properly. A) It's too hot to exercise and B) It's too hot to eat a wholesome meal. I find I'm grabbing a "little" something to tyde me over around meal times cause I don't want to cook. And I guess C) I'm getting really excited about my upcoming holiday (18 days away..yippee!) and the last thing I'm thinking about is diet and exercise. I'm stuck in a rut cause I already have bought some clothes that fit me nicely now (size 16 pants and XL shirts, double yippee!!) and I guess subconsciencely I've settled for now. But not forever! You would think with this reasoning and rationalizing that I would be comfortable with what I've come up with....but I'm not. I still desperately want to see the scale move. I hope this makes sense cause now I'm starting to feel as though I'm babbling on and on...

Anywho!

MichelleRae, it is simple really. Something I've concocted myself. We had leftover BBQ steak from monday (lean cut). I sliced it up and reheated it in a pan with some mushrooms. Tossed it in a bowl with some cucumbers and greens (you can throw in some peppers and olives too if you like them...but they make me shiver LOL!), poured in a little drizzle of Kraft Greek salad dressing (calorie-wise), crumbled light feta-cheese over...tossed it all and spread on a low-fat tortilla wrap. It was delicious, if I do say so myself. I don't usually come up with good ideas! LOL! Perfect for hot weather...don't feel like eating much.

Cheryl, yeah..I remember the humidity over there quite well. The first time I've ever experienced anything like it. The only way I could describe it to my mother was...the air was really thick and too thick to breathe...almost suffercating! Here I am trying to prepare my 4yr. old for this!! hahaha! The place we're staying has a few pools around aswell as a beach. You'll be able to find me there quite often! I totally know what you're talking about with the dust...heck, dirt coming through the windows. My mom lives in a rural area beside a gravel road and I live in a new development where there's machinery working all the time stirring up dirt. Right now there making more roads so there out there in a feild of dry, dusty dirt going over it and over it. And once that's done they'll be digging new basements. Lovely! Congrats on the NSv....that is so great!

Erin, great minds think alike. My hubby is complaining..."didn't you already clean this", "didn't you just do this". I just want it to be clean before I go, not saying I'm dumb enough to believe that no dust will fall in the 3 weeks we're gone. LOL! It just settles my mind for now. Yeah, I just bought a bathing suit about a month ago (that I actually like), and I have gone swimming in it before this farmers tan! But now the tan lines have more contrast to the vanilla if you know what I mean! LOL! I would't mind taking the scales. Like you said you have room and if it helps to keep you accountable...bring them! What matters most is you and if you feel you need them to help you out...by all means girl!

Michelle, I'm glad it's starting to cool down for you. Those temps were just unbelieveable to me. Nice to know that a person can pull through them without melting. LOL! We had a thunder storm overnight that has cooled things off nicely but now the sun is up and beaming strongly.

Robbin, hahaha!! I could get a little crude here...awwwe what the heck. Was he your acting "DRILL" sargeant?? hahaha!! Sorry but I had to! Don't worry if I happen to come across the FFM I'll come shake her wings on us all!

Oh Linda, I know how discouraged you must feel. And I can't even blame you for turning to food because of it. Just put it down and back away now. You already know it does no good and will be havic on you emotionally later. It may not have disappeared this week but it will likely be gone next weigh in with more buddies to take along with it. Stay strong girl. We're here for you.

I'll be back later to check in. Have a great day girls!

Good Afternoon Ladies!!! I just got home from work and took a dip in the pool for a bit now time to relax and chit chat! Work was long but rewarding even though I started off rather crabby! I perked up after awhile I came home craving some spaghetti so that's what's for dinner and some sherbet or italian ice (my favorite) for dessert. I have already drank 32 oz of water with another 32 soon to be on it's way down the hatch. Oh! Oh! Oh!! I rode my bike to work and back today! So I saved some money and got some exercise too! I don't live far from work but even the smallest bit of exercise has got to help!

Tina, I'm sooooo going to make those greek wraps this weekend, I'm gonna substitute the beef for some chicken breast and leave out the olives, (I hate those buggers) Where are you going on Holiday? If you ever come to Glacier Park, let me know I'll give you a discount on a hotel room. We get a lot of customers from Alberta down this way

Robbin, I grew up a vegan so giving up meat or eating meatless meat is easier for me than for some. I actually really love boca burgers and the whole morningstar farms line...good stuff! I do enjoy a steak every now and again though. How's work going?

Linda hang in there my friend that scale will eventually have no choice but to move downwards

Erin, I'm a scale maniac myself and have even had times when I had to have my hubby hide it from me because I would get obsessed with weighing myself! I would definitely take it if I were you! I wouldn't have a good time without knowing my weight lol.

Well it's time to get dinner on the table and get things ready for tomorrow so the morning isn't rushed. Hope you all have an excellent evening!

Evening ladies...Just a quick check in for tonight. Had my WW meeting today and I was down 2 lbs. Made my day!! Went out to lunch with my friend and I can no longer eat fried foods. I feel so yucky and sick right now. Looks like I will stay with the healthy eating when going out.

Erin...I say take the scales, since you are in the habit of weighing every day, you would go nuts not being able too. Go and enjoy your vacation!!
Yes, we have a cement, steel, below ground storm room. If a tornado wiped us out at ground level and we got to the storm room, we would be safe.

Linda...Sorry you are in a bad mood and those subborn pounds are hanging on for dear life. Stay strong, talk nice to yourself and I'll send that FFM your way.

Ryanmi, Tina, Michelle, Robbin, MichelleRae, Lois, Liza...Hope I didn't forget anybody! Hope you all had a good day and I'll write personals to you tomorrow.

Howdy girls!! So how are all of you this morning? I am fighting a little stress right now, and not sure why. My mood has been trying to go downhill but coming here seems to be perking me up. The scale is not my friend this morning up a pound and a half and didn't expect it. I gave in last night and had some whole grain brown rice with cheese on it for supper and don't know if that is to blame or not. I really thought the portion i had was reasonable and didn't eat anything else so hoped it wouldn't bother me too bad but whew a whole pound and i half blew me away!! Will do better today and hope something changes tomorrow. Have to say though that sealed the deal I am taking the scale. I really expected everyone to say i was crazy for even thinking about it but with the weigh in this morning and ya'll's encouragment, I don't see any reason not to take it!!!

Robbin - I know what you mean, there may be a genicide going on with the scales because I spent most of the morning threatening mine too! I'm sure we are holding onto some water or something that is just not letting us see what you want. I know you have been sticking to plan and you will see results soon!! HANG IN THERE!! Yes your thoughts on taking the scale with me made sense, exactly what I was thinking! Loved the breathing exercise you shared with Linda, I do something similar to that with my patients quite often!

Linda - Oh lady, i know the pain you are feeling, I agree don't move that ticker, keep upping the water intake and if you have been exercising, stop for a few days, that seems to cause a change for me. If not maybe start. The other option is join the scale-a-cide that Robbin and I are threatening and see if that helps! But please don't eat those pounds on, the stress of that would be so much worse! You know those pounds shouldn't be there and they will go away!

Tina - WHOO HOO on the 16 and XL clothes, what an accomplishment!! I am so excited for you. I agree, keep up the maintaining and enjoy your trip when it comes and then maybe get back at it hard.

Michellerae - boy you impressed me with the riding the bike to work, i would be so sweaty and nasty when i got there nobody would want to be around me the rest of the day! You sound like such an orgainzed in control woman you really impress me! Are you always calm and controlled?

Cheryl - WHOOHOOO!!!!! Yeah on the down 2 pounds, that is awesome!! I know you are floating on air over that one! Glad to hear you have the underground storm room, i think ya'll are more prone than we are to the really severe stuff, so glad you would be safe! Is the inside comfy or is it just a room?

Well ladies, gotta run - if i don't catch ya'll again before i leave i will be sure to get on from mom and dad's soon! Ya'll take care and keep on doing what your doing! Erin
