Hi All! We were out of town this weekend but I did well journalling, drinking water and eating better. I will miss WW tonight but my home scales are showing me down. I have an extra journal for this next week. We're moving oldest dd tonight so lots of exercise. I walked a mile when we got home last night and will walk again a bit this morning. The head cold is better but I'm still taking meds, just not as frequently, just as needed. I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose and took a dose. We finally got some rain and as far as I know, we didn't have any tornadoes too close by here last evening, just lots of strong winds. The rain has settled the dust which will help my allergies.

Have a great Monday everyone! I'm so looking forward to being in better shape for the beach this summer. Also, got an email yesterday from an old high school buddy about our 30 year reunion and getting together this summer so now I have another reason for getting in better shape by summer!

Hi everyone!! How was your weekend. Mine was okay. Busy doing this and that and running calls.

Hey Desertdreamer, is that transfirmer anythingl ike the fanny lifter? They sound to be the same.

Hey Pooh, where's about in Oklahoma do ya live, my grandfather lives in Oklahoma but I have to find out which town specifically - I can never remember.

Well, weigh in is Tomorrow, but I may skip it because for the past week and a half the scale had not moved, but I am also at that TOM and I usually retain a lot of water weight and stuff. So.... I am really really hoping.

Anyways, everyone have a happy Monday.

Hey marshro,
We live in very north central Oklahoma (Newkirk). Actually, we're in the country so we are close to Arkansas City, KS. The biggest town in this area is Ponca City, OK - 25 miles away from our house. We are 60 miles from Wichita, KS and a little over 100 miles from both Tulsa and OKC.

Hi everyone!

I actually maintained this weekend! I have not done that for a long time.

Someone in a past post mentioned a website for tracking calories other than fitday. I do well with fitday but I am open to trying another one.

We finished sooner than expected with the moving today so I quickly changed and went to WW. I lost 6 lbs. this week - whoo hoo!! I may have to change my goal for the end of May to be down 10% instead of just down to below 200. I'll see how I'm doing by the end of this month.

Yay! Good job on the lost pounds and inches!

How's everyone doing? The weather has been nice here. It's nice to finally open the windows and get some fresh air in! Smells like Spring! We're nowhere close to the crazy weather other parts of the country have been getting but it's still nice

Lost 3 pounds last week. Woot! Lately, I was always around 1 pound a week but I started tracking my food every day and found out I probably wasn't always eating enough. But I also added a 5% incline to my cardio on the threadmill and it seems to be helping a lot.

I survived Chinese takeout last Friday! Oy! Since it was take out and we were at someone else's place, there was not much choice. Even with trying to keep portions small, the calories added up faster than I could count them lol And the sodium content...Yikes! Good thing it's not an every day thing. I was extra motivated on the threadmill when I got home. lol

Keep up the hard work girls! Have a nice week!

WTG, Cheeseburger on the inches lost and Fit Boo on the Chinese take-out.

I got in a total of 4 miles walking the dogs today. Both me and them will be more ready for summer - just gotta keep it up!

My day started great, but then, BAM, everything went down hill. I had a really bad day so my husband took me out for Chinese and then I had a small shake. On a possitive note, I am having less bad days than I used to.

Tomorrow is a new day and I will be extra carefull!!

Andrea - hopefully the test will show nothing seriouse. It is always easier to say not to worry than it is not to worry.

I gained a pound this week so far. Weekend and Chinese are catching up with me. I did walk 2.5 miles this morning. I will continue to work hard and do my best. As my 4 year old says, "Do all that we can do."

Good luck everyone!!
