My downfall is a cold glass of coke. I do not like to drink water. The exercising would go better I think if I had a partner. Can't find anybody that wants to go work out. My daughter is too young by the gym rules even thought she would love to go.

I am not eating whites..which was very very difficult at first but it's getting easier. I am exercising on my Gazelle at least 5 days a week along with resistance training.

I am also watching (but not necessarily counting) my calories.

So far, so good.

But at the end of the month I am having a cheeseburger and fries! It's a promise to myself.

I broke down today and had a cheesburger and onion rings for lunch. My lunch partner wasn't here and my chicken spinach wrap didn't sound too appealing.

So far so good! I walked/jogged 2.7 miles today, lifted some weights...and tried to do some sit ups(. ouch!) I've had my adkins shake for breakfast, a garden salad with grilled chicken for lunch, and for dinner, I'm planning some grilled veggies and seafood. I need need need to get some water down.

7pm and after are my weak times. I always want to snack after I put the kiddies to bed. Wish me luck!

Hi! I wanna be a beach babe too! lol Can I join your group? Seems like a nice positive group (well..what support group isn't really? lol).

I'm all for losing weight for any season really lol I don't have a specific goal in mind. I just want to keep doing what I'm doing and lose whatever my body will have cared to let go of by then. So far so good. Of course, I wish the weight was coming off sooner rather than later but oh well, as long as it's going down, that's what counts right?

I already found a nice tankini when I was in Florida last November! First time I own a bathing suit that I actually like. The sad thing is...it will probably be too big by the time I get to wear it again. Ohhh the irony! Good thing it was on sale

I lack in the menu plammimg dept. So sometimes we end up having things that are not so good for us. We have stopped eating out almost every night. I hope to get one lap around the civic center tonight before I crash.

I am going to the beach in 2 weeks and don't even own a suit that fits me. That is so depressing. Been trying to work up the courage to order one.

I'm in too! I need to lose at least 28lbs by June 20th as after that I wont be able to get 50% off clothes in my friends store!

Though I am going on three holidays between June & September with some people I may never see again so I need to look good.

Getting gym membership and swimming & running & aerobics at least once a week with a serious cut down. Should be good

I found mine in a few different places. lol

I first found the bottom part at Target. It's a cute little mini skirt type bathing suit, very simple looking, all one colour, no designs or frills. Works well on making the tummy look nice and hiding the butt. They didn't have my size for the top but I found one at Walmart of all places Cheap too! It's a halter style tankini. Very flattering around the neck/cleavage. Good at covering the tummy too! It's all black.

Then I found another bottom at Winners (same company as TJ Maxx, just has a different name up here) A simple bikini bottom, black. I was shocked when I saw it was from American Eagle Outfitters :O Wowee!

So now I have 3 pieces to play with. Nowhere to wear them for now though. lol Stupid snow! It's the first time I try a tankini and man, I should've tried those a long time ago. Much more flattering than a regular one piece. I just never thought I'd be able to pull it off so I never bothered trying until I saw them on sale and the price was just too tempting

Oh! Maybe you could try Old Navy. I was there last week and they have some really pretty mix and max bathing suits, lots of tankini tops! Ooooh! I like this one! http://www.oldnavy.com/Asset_Archive...1-00vliv01.jpg Who would've thought I'd ever get excited about buying bathing suits! lol

Wink

Hey, mind if I join?

All this year I've been telling myself that I'm going to go on a diet. I've decided that today is the day I start!

I would like to be able to shopping for a swim suite that's skimpy
